How do I find old music purchases?
I have a complete U2 album that I did not choose to pay for or even authorize for that matter, but I have had it for a while being I didn't know you could get refunds for previous purchases( I know I am terrible with technology) I need to know how I can possibly find the album under my purchases so that I can report it as a problem so I can hopefully get refunded for it and get my money back. I didn't choose to buy it and didn't authorize the purchase. It just showed up on my iTunes music list, please help!! Thanks!

PaddyYou are on a Mac or PC ? Actually there is no reason why your music should be gone. It looks like a database corruption issue to me. In any case don't worry about your purchases as iCloud will start this week, you will be able to retrieve all your music from there.

To Find your music You would Enter iTunes then do the following: Search for Quick links on the right> then Select Purchase> From there you can search for All Media that you have on iTunes, can all select from the two options on the Right> All or Not on this Computer & then once you've selected your choice you can see what you have and what's not on your computer, but this only works for media you've purchases through iTunes. I hope this clears things up.

How did you sync the music from the iPad to the iMac? Did you plug the iPad in and choose File -> Transfer Purchases from <name of iPad> in iTunes?

How do you delete old music that it don't want anymore for the iOS 7 update. It gave me all the music I deleted in the past. I tried going to settings and turning off music from the past and it got rid of my music I recently purchased.

The answer to how to delete a song on your phone in iOS7 is found on page 62 of the iPhone User's Manual:

Specifically:
Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.

You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music. -

You should be storing everything on your computer. Just sync it to the iPhone of your choice from your computer.

Pictures from where? Did you shoot the pictures with the iPad which would have them saved them to the Camera Roll? If so, you can restore from a backup if you have a backup with the photos in them.
Do you ever backup your iPad? If not, there is no way to recover them. -
