How do I find out a password to an old itunes acct.?
I tried to access an old acct but it won't recognize my password. I tried to find out what it was but the email I registered with is not longer
active so I can't use email authentication. Also Apple won't recognize the birthday I used when I registered. I even entered 2 other birthdates
(Mom and Dad's) in case they helped me originally register but they aren't recognized either. Can anyone help me figure out how to access
the account?

I am guessing you are talking about an encryption password that you placed on the backup you put into iTunes on your computer.
If so, you elected to encrypt your iPhone's backup. You will need to recall that password, or you cannot access the backup. -

I think you're asking which iPhone (one of many using the same Apple ID) has made which specific purchases from the iTunes Store.
The answer is you cannot do that.
Presumably one Apple ID serves one person. All purchases made by that Apple ID are agglomerated (combined) into one purchase record. -

If you don't remember the password, you can retrieve it from your Keychain as follows:
Run the Keychain Access utility found in \Applications\Utilities
In the category column (on the left side of the utilities' window), select "All Items."
In the right column look for your Network Name. It will have a "Kind" of "AirPort network password."
Double-click on your network name listing.
Click on "Show password."
Enter your Mac's administrator's password
Your wireless network's password should now be displayed. -
I have just turned on my new iMac .. in store they said it was that simple !! BUT it's asking for a password ??? How do I know what this is as haven't set one up ? If your iPhone backup is encrypted and contains a password, the only way to use it is to find that password.
Otherwise you cannot use that backup and have to restore your iPhone to factory settings.
