I cannot find the software and need to put it on a new computer. How do I do this? I do not remember where the software is yet it is on my computer along with Photoshop CS6 extended. I have that disk but cant find anything else.

You can see (only) part of the registration number under Help>About Illustrator.
If you have registered it with Adobe (optional up to CS4), you should be able to see it on your products page

If you registered the software when you first installed it then you should be able to find the serial number available thru your Adobe account online.

According to our records, a charge for your online number has been refused, so you do not have any active number on your account.
But normally can see online number on your account's page.
After you log in to your account on: www.skype.com you will see in under "online number" tab.

You may be able to find your serial number a few clicks beyond Manage Account at http://www.adobe.com/ at least if you purchased from Adobe or registered your purchase with them.
As far as losing the disc, that is not a problem because LR updates are available for download, and you would want to get the most recent one for whichever version you purchased (i.e. LR 5.7.1 for LR 5) and then you can just enter your serial number:
