If you sign in to iTunesConnect and look through the Contact Us questions, one of them says:
"Payments are made within 45 days of calendar month end if both of the following conditions are met:

If you have not received a payment for a given month within 45 days after the end of the month, please confirm that all documentation has been completed and provided. Also, please confirm that the cumulative amount owed exceeds USD $150 by converting reported amounts using current exchange rates."
I should say though I seem to get paid without reaching this threshold.

How can we find out what website/application is requesting for a login/password from the password manager?

When I start Firefox, the password manager window asking for master password pops up in a few seconds even when I have not gone to any specific website that requires me to login. I have the Zotero addon installed which requires login to synchronize itself. However, when I am not visiting a website and the password manager's master password window pops up, I am not sure of what application/website is requiring a password. Is there a way for me (as a user) to know what application is trying to obtaining a login/password from Firefox's password manager?

What kind of use do you make of your MBP? A lot of photo or video? If so, you may be storing a lot of large files. Look at Finder and see what the file system looks like. Do you have large libraries of data files associated with applications?
You may want to think about an external hard drive to use for backups and data storage, you can point applications to the external drive as the default storage location.

I bought their Mercury Elite Pro 2 TB dirve last September and set it up to use part for Time Machine backup and part for other work space. Setup with Disk utility into two partitions is very quick and easy. Just remember to format as Extended Journaled with GUID partition table. Setting the partition sizes is by using a braphical image on screen in DU so it is like falling off a log, so easy.
