How do I find plus-boxes to use in a new project?

I'm fresh to using RoboHelp (RH X50.1 Build 606) as I start updating our support material.
Within the RoboHelp tutorials, in addition to those in the index, plus-boxes are used to collapse elements of the tutorial script (Opening a project is one example).
I want to use plus-boxes to segregate some of our Help narrative. However, when it comes to putting a new project together, I can't find the way to do this.
It seems strange that the RoboHelp tutorial itself uses plus-boxes in this way, but doesn't appear to provide users the same incredibly useful functionality.
Where should I look?
Do I need to consider an upgrade?
If so, which version of RoboHelp contains the function?

Hi Mark and welcome to the RH community.
I believe you are referring to what are called Twisties. This feature has been built into the latest release (RoboHelp 8) but that doesn't mean you can't achieve the same affect in earlier versions. You may want to check out this link and this link over on Peter Grainge's site.
Read the RoboColum(n).

Do you mean "using your computer remotely," as in accessing it from another location? That's extremely unlikely, as it's no trivial task to set up sharing over the internet, and would require physical access to your computer to get that done. What symptoms are you seeing that lead you to believe this is happening?
Alternately, if you mean literally "using your computer remote," if someone is fiddling with an Apple Remote in the same room, you would probably see iTunes opening, music starting to play, volume changing, etc. My 2-year-old got hold of my remote once and caused me no end of frustration trying to figure out what the *%&*#(& was going on!

Someone on a different device only needs to sign with your iCloud ID and password in order to access your account, they don't need to answer any security questions if they have your credentials. If you think this happened, you should change your iCloud password as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password. After you change the password, you will need to change it on your devices by going to Settings>iCloud>Account and entering the new password.

How do I find customer exits quickly using SE80,SE81 or other transactions?

Hello all,
Is there a way of using SE80 or SE81 or any other transaction for that matter, to quickly find customer or user exists being used within a given program rather than doing a global search for CALL CUSTOMER within the program? Example, transaction EG31 (Installation Full) which runs the program SAPLE30D.
In SE80 there seem to be no reference to user or customer exits. As for SE81 I was unable to relate SAPLE30D with an application component, or at least I don't know how to do it.
In the Repository Info System (SE81 also) there is a reference to customer exits, but, you MUST know which project is tied to your program, otherwise you'll be chasing your tail!
I guess you can say the easiest way would be to do a global search in the program using the CALL CUSTOMER key words.
Well, I tried that too. The first set of results pointed to INCLUDES which turned out to be empty exits! That is, no code. So, by pure chance and unknowingly, I stumbled upon a customer exit which was the source of my errors. How I did it, I cannot remember. But the problem is that this exit was hidden in a program which was called by SAPLE30D at a later stage.
So, all this searching took a long time and more importantly, it was a lucky find. Not a methodic approach.
So the question is: How do I find customer exits quickly using SE80, SE81 or any other transaction for that matter?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

As I said, and Varjak said, if it is setup in iCloud, login to iCloud from your comptuier or other device, click on Find My and find the entry for the iPod, and if it is turned on and connected to the internet it will show up.

You just copy the stamp files from one machine and place them in the correct directory on the other. You can find the location of both the user and app stamp directories by running the following code in the interactive JavaScript console:
app.getPath("user", "stamps");
app.getPath("app", "stamps");
Select both lines and press Ctrl+Enter (Windows) or cmd+enter (Mac). Here's what I get with this using Acrobat 11 on a Mac:
user folder: /Macintosh HD/Users/georgejohnson/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/11.0/Stamps/
app folder: /Macintosh HD/Applications/Adobe Acrobat XI Pro/Adobe Acrobat Pro.app/Contents/Built-in/Comments.acroplugin/Stamps/
The stamp files (PDFs) might have cryptic looking names, but you can safely open each to see what stamps they contain.

What computer operating system are you running your Premiere Elements 12 on?
I have been battling Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit. Major issues
a. Minute or more to open File Menu/New/Project and over 1 minute for the program to close after I hit the close button. The performance of the program is otherwise acceptable.
The irony is that I have Premiere Elements 11 on the same computer that has none of these issues.
But, keeping in mind that problems with the same symptoms can (often do) have different causes, I will ask you the following
a. What computer operating system and what are the computer resources?
b. Is your video card driver up to date according to the manufacturer of the video card?
c. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer? Are you running Premiere Elements 12 as Run as Administrator or from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?
d. Have you shutdown Services and StartUp programs running in the background?
e. Have you looked at the problem with and without firewalls and antivirus disabled?
f. Are you installing from purchased download files from Adobe or from a purchased installation disc?
g. Do you have other versions of Premiere Elements on this same computer that are starting and running and closing without issue?
h. How long are you waiting after you click New Project? How do you shutdown the program when you find yourself in this situation? Where are you selecting "new project"...in the Welcome Screen or in the opened program using File Menu/New/Project?
Let us start here and then gauge the situation and remedies. It should be noted that, at the present time, I am not have any issues with Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 64 bit, only Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit.

When I started my company, I had a company logo and website designed for me by another company. This company doesn't exist anymore and all I have left are the source files of my logo and website. They delivered me the logo in PNG format. I am trying to make different sizes and shapes of my logo, but when I open the PNG file in Fireworks (CS5), it says that the font is missing, so whether I want to replace the font or keep appearance. How can I find out which font was used in the original PNG file? When I select the text, the font selection box is empty, so I cannot see which font was originally used...

My daughter's 8GB iPhone4s is showing 4.7gb used space and only 430Mmb free - but when we go to Manage Storage the total of all items listed there is less than 1gb.
How can we find out what is hoarding all of this space, and why is an 8gb device only showing just over 5gb in total space (used and free)?

Connect the iPhone to a computer and use iTunes to check its storage. Do you see more than 1-2GB of Other? If so, the phone must be restored to correct that issue.
5GB of total storage sounds about right for a phone advertised as 8GB. A portion of the space is used for iOS and included apps and some goes "missing" due to the way the device calculates storage.
