How can i find the installed forms version in 6i, the situation is we have given a solution which will work in only forms6i latest version, before implementing the same we need to check whether the forms latest version has been installed or not
Is there any way to find out without opening the forms builder..?
Even if we un install the forms from a machine, the forms60_path variable will remain in regedit, so we cannot go based on that and aslo i dont know whether regedit will have the version details and all.
It would be greatly appreciated if any one can give a solution.

you query the registry, the registry has the version number saved, but I cannot remember exactly where and I don't have 6i Installed on my machine.
You just open the Forms Builder and click on Help/About.
But Jan's method is the best.

If you have Yosemite you need iphoto 9.6 from the App store - what is the exact error message you are getting?
Try dragging the iphoto Application to the trash from your applications folder (wait tot empty the trash) and then install iPhoto 9.6 from the App store

You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
Ctrl-B to turn on the menu bar.
Ctrl-S to turn on the sidebar.
Ctrl-/ to turn on the status bar.
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library to restore the previous search behaviour.
You can also open the menu bar temporarily by pressing Alt.
To roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and supporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. You can't. The version is whatever the version is for the iOS that you are running. The preinstalled apps are updated when the iOS is updated so whatever iOS your are running determines that version.
If you are asking because you are trying to submit feedback or trying to communicate with Apple via some support link that is asking for the version, just ignore that and enter the information in any special instructions field or whatever is available.

When reinstalling Firefox from a download, Firefox must be down once the installation starts. When the installation finishes, don't let the install start firefox for you. Does anyone know how to find the latest version of a document in iFS when you don't know the path of the document? I'm using a Selector to search iFS based on a search string for the object's title and am not sure how to find the latest version of the returned documents.

If you can use the Selector to get the public object then you are in good shape. Once you have the public object recast it to a Family. The method getLatestVersion() will return the public object of the latest version.
