How do I find the question I asked on your website?
I don't know where on your website to find the question I asked or the suggested answers!!!
I lost my question, too. But I believe I found it. Go to Support Forum Home. (The link is on right side of web page or go directly: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions ) A little ways down from the header, there is a way to sort the comments, like "Most Recent" and "Most Requested." Let your eye go further right on that same line where the filter lets you select "My Contributions." If your question was put in the Support Forum, you might be able to find it this way. Argh - I'm having the same problem. I can't find the My Contributions link - how do I get to the "Main Forum" page? Where's the link to that? I seem to be able to get to My Dashboard easily enough. Why isn't it there? Navigation is pretty bad when you have to post a question on how to find your own questions.

I just spent 20 minutes writing up a question and submitting it to the forum.
How do I find it? How do I know its status?
I tried searching for it and do not see it.Go to the "Forum" where you can browse all questions and at the top of the list of questions you will see links to "solved", "unsolved", "my contributions". My contributions will show your questions.

I asked a question about Firefox blocking my access to images with Joomla websites - I have already submitted this question and confirmed it though my email account - but now I have no idea where I go to see if anyone answered it. How do I find the file for my Verizon personal website?
I use Verizon DSL, and Verizon has granted me a small amount of free space for a personal website. I have a built a website on that space, but would now like to have PoloDomains host my website instead of Verizon. So I'm trying to transfer the entire website to PoloDomains by using FileZilla (FTP). FileZilla is dispalying the contents of my computer, and is asking me to click on the particular file(s) that I want to transfer. How do I locate this particular file(s)? (I use Windows-7)
Doesn't the Verizon personal website back itself up either daily or whenever I make any changes on the site? For this transfer, I would like to access the most recent file(s).

MikeLots of luck. I don't think you can get any of the files since they eliminated FTP access.

I do not like the interface of the new version. I lost a lot of playlists and songs in the iMatch process. As I attempt recovery from backups, I am trying to identify how many duplicates I have in total. I can get a list, but there are too many to count. There has to be a better way.

In itunes 11 the Show duplicates feature was omitted.
However in iTunes 11.0.1 they put it back

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

When I go to download from my iTunes account, it has started to say that I have to verify my ID. When only last week I was able to download ok. The questions it asks me are not relevant to me and I need to know how to reset the questions. For example, it asks who is my favourite teacher? The best thing is if you setup a rescue email address, then you can reset the questions and answers yourself.
If not, you will need to contact iTunes Store Support for help.

What program, and did you buy the UPGRADE version, or the FULL version?
Your description indicates that you bought an upgrade version... which requires proof of a previous version to install
So, if you had A and you bought A+ you need to provide your A serial number during install so A+ knows you are legal
