How do i fit a 7 min short from quicktime to fit to 100mb

hi ,
i wondering how do i fit a 7 min short from quicktime to fit to 100mb to display online?
what settings should i use to get the best quality?
would i shrink the video quality? in quicktime compressor?
from fcp to quicktime now.
worse comes to worst i'll make it 5 1/2 minutes to shrink it and have the better quality
any suggestions?

I've done a max of 8 1/2 minutes so far under 100 MB. For YouTube (I'm Assuming). Here's what I do:
File>Export>Using QT Conversion.
Format: QuickTime Movie
Click Options...
Click Settings under the Video Box.
Compression Type: H.264
Frame Rate: Current
Key frames: Automatic
Deselect Frame Reordering.
Moving down to the next box...
Choose Your Quality Level (I leave mine on High).
Choose Multi-pass or Single-Pass
**Multi-pass=Much better quality same file size, much longer encoding.
**Single-pass=Okay quality, quick encoding.
In the Data Rate Box, select 'Restrict To'.
Enter in the text box from around 350 to 400.
Click Okay in this window.
Now Under the video again, click Size.
Change 'Compressor Native' into '320x240 QVGA.
Click Settings under Sound.
If audio isn't that important to you, you can lower the quality. If you have music or something, you might want to turn the volume up.
Click Okay.
Now Below Sound, deselect 'Prepare for Internet Streaming'.
Click Okay.
Name your file, save it, upload it, enjoy it, kiss it, whatever!
Your Done!

I am developing a program in which I have to fit Gaussian curve on only 4 or 5 data points. When I am using Gaussian Peak Fit or Nonlinear Curve fit, it linearly connects all the points while other fitting software like Origin is fitting Gaussian curve on the same set of data I have attached two images One is from Labview with Gaussian Peak Fit and NonLinear Fit and other is from Origin.

That looks like a plot of the input data.
When I run it with your data I get a Gaussian curve which looks much like your Origin plot.
The Plot 2 curve is from 128 points equally spaced along X and Y calculated from the Gaussian formula in the LV help using the output parameters from the fit. Plot 1 is the Best Gaussian Fit output from the fit VI. It only has five points.
I used default values for everything except X and Y.

A SIM PIN, also referred to sometimes as a PUK Code is like a PIN number for your SIM card (just like your ATM Card). Since your SIM card has your cellular account on it and can be typically removed from one device and put into another, you can lock the SIM Card with a SIM PIN if you choose. If you activate the SIM PIN feature and forget your SIM PIN when you try to re-activate your device or a new device in the future using the same SIM Card, you may have to contact you carrier to get a new SIM Card. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1316
As far as changing the SIM Cards out because you want to use a new carrier, you can remove the SIM card fomr the old carrier and put in the SIM card form the new carrier. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5163

How do I change my iPad mini's SIM PIN when I cannot remember what the original PIN was?

I went to enter a new PIN so I could lock my iPad's SIM card and was asked to enter a number. At some point, I must have entered a number already, because I got a message that I had entered the wrong one. I can't seem to choose the "change PIN" option, probably because I can't recall the original one. How to I change the SIM PIN? What happens if I use up all my chances at entering the PIN and don't hit on the correct one?

The question pretty much says it all.
I have a Mac Mini with an attached 3TB Hard Drive used for Time Machine Backups.
I have an Airport Extreme base station which services that machine plus several others.
I would like to backup my new iMac and a MacBook Pro to the Mac Mini.
What do I need to do on the mini to export that hard drive so that it can be used as a Time Machine target from the other systems?
All systems are running 10.6.8.

Well you would have to do backups over a network which is much slower and has highest chance of becoming corrupt. I think your best option would be to get an apple time capsule to act as a network and back if thats how you wanna do that

If you still have the crashed Win computer, you may be able to recover your music and movies from the hard drive. If you have a friend with a hard drive USB connection kit and a PC, they should be able to help. Otherwise, check locally for computer services that might do that for you (I think Best Buy Geek Squad may be able to help). If the drive itself is in good shape, it shouldn't be too expensive.

You may also want to upgrade the HD or at least move large libraries onto external disks (since a macmini generally does not move like a laptop an external disk is just another desktop item). 7 GB free will be chewed into hard by SL and you should always have 15-20 GB free to allow OSX room to perform normal operations.

Try this and see if it works for you. Not everybody can use the "None" option from the iPad, but try it anyway.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Payment Information in the popup window
Select "None"
