How do i fix a portrait photograph that has harsh sunlight and shadows in PSE12?

Try this:
Duplicate the background layer, and convert this layer to black/white (ALT+CTRL+B)
Select the young lady's face, and place this on a separate layer (CTRL+J)
Open a Brightness/contrast layer at the top and group the top 2 layers (CTRL+G). Work the brightness and contrast sliders so that the 2 gray scale layers match as much as possible
Keep the face layer, but delete the duplicated grayscale layer below
Change the blending mode of the face layer to luminosity
With the eyedropper tool, sample color from the original skin
Open a blank layer at the top, and change blending mode to color
Paint over the face to match colors. Touch up additional spots as needed, e.g.hand
Add a levels adjustment layer and work the sliders below the histogram to best advantage
Sharpen slightly

Get a flashlight and a magnifying glass and check the Lightning port on the iPhone. Clean any dirt/debris/lint, etc. that you find.

You deleted the data so it's gone.
However, if you backed up your iPad to your computer prior to deleting the app, you should be able to restore it to that point.
When you're iPad is connected to iTunes, just click on the Summary tab, and click on Restore Backup. But if you backed up more recently than when he deleted, you're out of luck. There's no way to recover content stored on your iPad then got deleted.

Is there a way to import the audio with the slides or playback the PPT with the audio and do it as a screen capture where the audio is recorded straight across with out having to go out through the speakers and in through the microphone?

You should be able to play the PPT and record it from Captivate as a Video Demo. When you record, you should also see an option for recording System Audio.

Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No, I made sure nothing was checked for that section when i found out he could see my screen. At the top it says "computers on your local network can access your computer at: blah blah". I think thats how hes doing it but i dont know how to fix it.

How do you fix certain app notifications that don't appear or appear twice?

On my iPhone or iPad, sometimes there are notifications that don't appear or appear twice. For example, I have a Fox News app. When I get an alert on my phone while it is locked, the same exact news notification appears twice in a row when I go to look at my phone. Also, there are times when app notifications won't show. For example, I have Bloomberg on my iPhone and my iPad. When there is a headline, the notification shows on my iPad but not my iPhone. The settings on both devices are the exact same in terms of notification center and lock screen being activated. Neither device is jail broken and both are running iOS 6.

I have also started experiencing this problem. I have tried the following with no help.
Reseting the phone
signing out of my Apple account and signing in again
tapping the waiting icon to pause it and tapping it again
deleting the app and trying to reload it - still says waiting
The only thing that has allowed me to update my apps was to update them in itunes on my laptop and then sync my phone.
This has to be a unique IOS issue, so many people are having this problem. I wonder if it is a Cloud issue?
