I keep trying to submit my podcast to itunes from my site and it keeps denying me. how do i get past error 11111 and get my podcast up. BTW my feed is tdcampradio.com/shows

I don't think the 11111 error is anything to do with that, it's just a server glitch. There is a bug in the system where you're told a feed you're trying to resubmit has been submitted before even though it's been rejected or removed. I do wish they'd fix it, it causes a lot of problems. The workaround is to change the title slightly, and if you can rename the feed file as well that helps. You could also change the 'link' tag to your website - you can change it back after the feed's been accepted, as you can with the title provided doing so doesn't change the feed URL as happens with some services.

You can't. Error 1015 occurs when trying to restore a jailbroken phone.
Jailbreaking your phone voids any warranty remaining with Apple and forfeits your right to any assistance from Apple including from this forum.

Thanks Pat W. I stand corrected. The error report occured during installation. My Pictures and the Adobe folders reside in My Documents - the path(?) C:Documents and Settings/Denise/My Documents/My Pictures. The Adobe folder also resides in the My Documents folder but not within the My Pictures folder. Just wondering where the Adobe folder should be. If I have an external drive on and a backup copy of Adobe is in it, would that be what you mean by a folder in "My Documents" is pointing to somewhere other than the C: drive? I have turned off my external drive and retried the download. Not successful. Will try your last tip re: the support site from microsoft. Thanks for any other clarification you can provide.

2. During installation "charlemagnestd-Bold.otf" font in C:\Windows\Fonts\ is not preserved due to some permission issues on this folder. You can do any of the following:
A. Move "charlemagnestd-Bold.otf" font in C:\Windows\Fonts\ to another location like Desktop and try again
B. Give permission to Everyone on this (C:\Windows\Fonts\) folder and try again

How do I fix error 5002 when it's account related?

Alright this issue has been going on for over a week. I cannot download a variety of songs individually as I get the infamous error 5002, although I can buy their albums just fine. There are some songs not on a full album I want to buy but can't, even though a few months ago I was able to buy from the same album just fine.
This is not computer related. Both Windows and IPad cannot download the songs, although the IPad gives no error whatsoever, merely refuses to download it.
Support is just giving me the run around with this issue, anyone know what might be causing this odd issue?

I forgot to mention this does not occur for every song, only about 50% of them, not always by the same artist.
Also that I have made successful purchases on my IPad in the past.
