How do I fix flash on camera?

Ever since iOS 7, my flash did not operate correctly. It would flash but then the picture would be black, as if the flash was late.

I have the same problem after updating to iOS 7 on my iPhone 5. Taking pictures outside at night using flash, objects in front-side seem to hog up all the light from the flash, while the middle of the picture is rather dark. The objects (people in the middle of the picture) are only a couple feet away, so the light from the flash should definitely reach them (as they did before the iOS 7 update). Also tested with a non-updated iPhone 4 and the flash worked as it should have in the exact same picture/scenario.

Go to System Preferences/and you should see in Other, The flash Player
Click on it , select storage, make sure allow sites to save information is ticked/selected
Select delete all then go to the advanced tab top/Delete Browse/data & Settings
then check you have the latet version should be
Plug-in version 11.1.102.64

If you are using Google Chrome Browser
Google chrome has adobe flash installed and it is not the latest

How do I fix flash video stream stutter?

I have a ZBOX-ID84-PLUS-U HTPC with Integrated Intel Atom D2550 1.86 GHz Dual-Core and onboard NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M (512 MB), running windows 7 x64.
I have been fighting with this thing for weeks, but cannot get flash video to stream from sites like ufc.tv, nfl game pass. I have tried all combinations of browsers, new and old versions of flash, all recommendations I could find inother posts, including turning off GPU acceleration, reinstalling drivers, etc.
When video first loads, it runs smoothly at the highest quality setting for about 10 seconds, at which time it downgrades to the lowest (when set to 'recommended quality'). If I set the stream to maintain a level of quality, the frame rate drops off instead.
It doesn't appear to be a connection issue as I can stream from netflix (silverlight plugin), and connection speed is ~14mbps. It doesn't appear to be a connection with the streaming site, as I can playback the same content using other devices.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, before I give up and move on.

PSE9 still installed and works fine. PSE10 Install instructions say not necessary to uninstall PSE9. Running XP on 1.6 gig single core processor. 2 gig's RAM. 100 gigs of hard drive free. Downloaded from internet after buying PSE10 only to find that it requires a DVD player and I only have a CD player attached to computer.

Go to the control panel and check dpi scaling under Appearance or Display.
It’s not uncommon to see a setting of 125% or higher to improve screen readability but PSE requires a dpi of 96 or 100%
Whilst the Editor Menu will appear at 120% to 149% the Organizer Menu (and the advanced button in downloader) won’t. Sometimes the mouse or tool cursors are distorted.
Try a setting of 115% or 116% otherwise 100%. A common display resolution, notably for notebooks/laptops, and netbooks is 1024 x 768 but PSE requires a screen height of 800 for full functionality. If your height resolution is out of the range 768 to 800 try experimenting with the slider/settings.

Chances are you saved the file as a jpg -- which does not support transparency.
Save the file as a psd or tiff and see if that solves the problem.
