I am unable to sync my ipad 2 or iphone 4 through itunes. I have tried all suggested options, removing itunes and related components from control panel + verified completely uninstalled from C program files + then reinstalling latest version of itunes (version 11.3.1.2). The article says that I should upgrade to the latest iTunes. I am on the latest iTunes version.
If you could read just a tiny little bit further, under the "Additional Information" section immediately after that, it says:
If you are still experiencing this issue when syncing, or have not installed Xcode 4 and get this alert:
Follow the troubleshooting steps in Mac OS X v10.5, v10.6: Resetting the SyncServices folder.
If the issue is still unresolved, follow steps in Sync Services: Advanced troubleshooting for contact and calendar syncing.
Have you tried those measures?

Hi, just recently when I attemted synced my ipod touch 5th generation, i got a message saying
"Itunes could not load data from sync services reconnect or try again later
I am running the latest version on itunes (not quiet sure which specific one)
I am running ios 6.1 my ipod is not jail broken
don't know what to do
I then cleard the message and my ipod showed up and began to sync
however it is staying at the backing up stage for 12 hours
Not sure what to do help!

Something is going wrong when ever i want to plug in my ipod-using itunes. It loads for like 5 minutes then a error message pops up saying "Itunes was unable to load data class from sync services. reconnect or try again later."
Though it works when i restart the computer but i dont want to have to restart the computer everytime i want to sync my ipod to itunes.
I have uninstalled itunes too and downloaded it again and still keeps doing this.

When I connect the iphone to my computer, the itunes recognize the iphone but it is thinking and after a few minutes the itunes drop me the following message:
"itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services reconnect and try again later".
I tried the following article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2690 , but still the problem occur.
What I can do?
(note: it's happen after I format the computer and before and after I update the IOS from 5.1.1 to 6 in the iphone)

Try this.
1. Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
2. Remove "iTunes"
3. Remove "Apple Mobile Device Support" (this is mandatory!)
4. Reinstall iTunes
I have tried several methods and resolved the problem using the upper method.

What i found with this error was i was running MS office 2010 64 bit. i had the exact same error and spent days trying to resolve this issue.
I found that other people were haveing the ssame trouble and they suggested to uninstall itunes and reinstall itunes whichdidnt work.
The problem i had was that i had several conflicting tool bars installed. I uninstalled all of these toolbars and everything was running fine again. all syncing and data was working fine.
