How do I fix my processor from stuttering?

I have a polycarbonate Macbook[Late 2009] with 2 GB RAM, 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Whenever I run any game, the game starts stuttering, and lagging in a strange manner. It slows down real bad for about a second or so, then back to normal for the next second. Then once again slows down and then speeds up. The cycle continues till I shut the game. However it only occurs for games, and even though I run them at the lowest possible graphic settings. My AutoCad 2012 is not affected at all. Apparently this is know as stuttering or lagging. I have no idea how to fix this. I have no BootCamp, my Hard Drive is less than 50%, and no applications are running while I play. I even disabled startup applications. Please help, I don't know what is wrong!

Well, as it turns out Facetime has to do some rendering so the cores activate. Now none of my games suffer from this problem. So I open Facetime everytime I login, and none of my games lag!  Well, it is a temporary fix, as you'd expect both cores to be running at full steam when your playing a game, and while playing games, no one gives **** on saving battery power. However Apple needs to fix this bug soon.
I'm guessing you're running a Mac with Intel Core 2 Duo? I think it's affecting many users with the same processor.
My Acer with WIndows 7 gives me options of power usage, like 'power saving' and 'full power' and the like.
Apple needs to fix this in 10.6.9.

    If you mean the screen says disabled/connect to iTunes then
    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    Creative1977: It was clicked from a Cell Phone's low resolution camera.
    Paulo Skylar: Do a rough selection with the lasso tool around the white spot and pre set a feather to the selection in the options bar.
    Creative1977: What should be the pre set of a feather? Perhaps 10 px?
    Paulo Skylar: Yes something like 10 or less pixels should be fine. This is not critical, but it there to make the edges of the selection blend in.
    * Jump the selection to a separate layer (Ctrl +J)
    Paulo Skylar: Add a solid color fill adjustment layer and clip it to the selection layer you just created. Use a color near the outside edge of the selection area.

    Paulo Skylar: After making your selection layer click on the eye dropper tool and with it click in an area near the selection you made to pick up that color.     Well. I make an export Archive from iCal.
    Then deactivate from the iPhone (Adjusts - iCloud) the Calendars.
    For now, I will not use iCloud for calendars. I do not understand why we end with two Calendars. One from iCloud and one from the iPhone or the Mac itselves.
    We must have just ONE calendar for all.
    I use CalAlarm app from Devart and with the iPhone icon selected on iTunes I had to uncheck and check on Information label Sincronize Calendars of iCal.

    Hi:
    Now that you installed the latest microcode update, may I recommend you install the Pentium 4 650 3.4 GHz?
    That processor has double the L2 cache as the one you installed, and you can run a 64 bit operating system on it.
    If you have the CMT, you have a pretty wide assortment of video cards you can install so you can run all of the features of Windows 7.  The onboard GMA 900 video won't run Aero. Just keep within the power supply limit of 345W
    I have W7 x64 on my dc7100 CMT and an ASUS nVidia 8400GS 512 MB fanless video card in mine, and everything works great. Recommended P/S is 300W for the card so I was fine.
    The P4 650 is pretty reasonable on eBay. That is where I got mine.

    I know there has been some discussion about this, but the solution doesn't really make sense.  Basically, I am having a huge problem with audio sync on anything shot on MiniDV.   Sometimes the footage will pop at the beginning and the footage will immediately be off sync --- sometimes it takes halfway through the tape to start drifting.  We work with pro-level camcorders and recording decks, and basically the only solution I can find it use legacy FCP or iMovie to capture the footage.  Which is not a solution.  I've also tried the re-time fix, which *sometimes* works ------ but only sometimes.   Is this being addressed in any way? 

    Did you load the Presenter presentation in a Share pod or are you using screen sharing?

    The most likely reason for it is that the battery needs to be replaced.

    Try resetting your phone.  If it's still stuck on "waiting" download the update in iTunes on your computer and sync it to your iPhone.

    I recently had to wipe my SSD on my rMBP as I couldn't partition the drive in order to install Bootcamp. I managed to eventually erase the drive and setup a new partition for Windows. I then reinstalled Mountain Lion via the internet and hooked the computer up to my Time Capsual to do the restore. Restore did not restore to my latest backup and when I go to time machine to do a restore I am getting 2 things happen:
    1) Dates of retre points are all listed in Purple.
    2) Unable to select any of these dates as the software appears to freeze.
    Anyone know why this is happening?

    Another option to check your backups is through the Finder window.
    Connect the external HD to Mac - or connect to the IP address where the HD is connected to (GO-Connect to Server).
    -In the HD you will find the backups.backups folder - folder of your Mac - folders of each back up.
