How do I fix not being able to connect to itunes on ios 7.0.2

Ever since ios 7 I haven't been able to use itunes or sign in to my account for the App Store

Many thanks.
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

  • How can I fix not being able to export from InDesign CC?

I'm working on Mac with Mavericks OS.
I don't know what happened but the Export feature under the File menu is greyed out. Consequently I cannot export. This has not happenned since working in CC for about a year.
After reseraching forums I found that I could try Replacing Preferences with Shift/Cntrl/Option/Command. After doing this I launched InDesign CC and the Export feature was enabled. However, afte quitting and relaunching InDesign, the Export feature again was greyed out/disabled. I replaced preferences once again and Export again was available. But after quitting and relaunching InDesign the export feature again was not available.
Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you.
    Robert

  • Not being able to connect to itunes store with mobile modem

Hello. I just bought a t-mobile web n walk internet modem. I found that I could not connect to the itunes store using this despite the internet working fine. I was also having no problem connecting to the itunes store when hooked up via airport. I could find no answers posted anywhere on how to fix this. I fixed it by selecting 'view my account' from the 'store' menu and then entering my password and pressing 'done'. After this I could then access the itunes store via my mobile modem as well as airport. Thought I'd post this so that it hopefully helps anyone with the same problem in future. Karma an all...cheers

  • Not being able to connect to itunes store

We have 4 iphone 4's in our house and wifi. This past week we could no longer connect to the itunes store. We try rebooting the phones, checking for iso updates and nothing seemed to work. But I realized that we replace the wifi modem last week, so I went to setting and clicked on forget this network and then signed back in and things worked again.

I've also had the same problem eversince the 7.1.1 update. I have tried all the suggestions on the website and these forums.
I even contacted Apple who have refered me straight back to these forums and the FAQ's.
I'm disgusted that the response I got was a bulk standard 'don't bother us' attitude.
Still in the long run it will be their loss as all these customers can't buy goods from them. I've spend about £60 elsewhere in the last few weeks that I would have normally spent at iTunes.

  • The clock on my ipad seems to be stuck? Could this have anything to do with my not being able to connect with FaceTime ?

The clock on my iPad seems to be stuck ? Could this have anything to do with me not being able to connect with FaceTime ?

In order to backup to iCloud the iPad must be plugged into a power source, connected to WiFi and locked - meaning that it must be asleep - or with the lock screen only visible. This is for automatic backups.
If the iPad is not responding at all to any user input, try restarting it or resetting it and see if you can take the steps necessary to back up. You can initiate the backup manually as well.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

  • Many ppl Not being able to connect to internet although wifi connected.

Other forums are recieving many posts a day on this issue, and as I understand it Apple are recieving alot of calls on this issue:
    Description:
Connection to an encrypted wifi network seems succesfull, however when attempting to reach the internet Safari throws up an error - The server could not be contacted - or words to that effect. None of the Internet requiring Apps work although the wifi signal indicator shows signal indicating connection.
When you click on the little blue arrow to the right of the network connection you are connected to, in "Settings > Wifi" you see a self assigned IP Address starting 169.254 and a subnet mask 255.255.0.0, with possibly no DNS if you haven´t manually entered it and no gateway.
    Peculiarities:
1 Problem is widespread, not tied to specific make of router or AP, also it happens to most people on more than one AP or router
2 People with this problem are assigned a 169.254 IP address, Indicating no DCHP lease of an IP address
3 Ive ran a packet capture using wireshark and Air PCAP and seen no packets for a DCHP request.... wierd.. it looks like its not even requesting an IP address..
4 Only seems to happen on networks using some kind of encryption be it WEP, WPA, etc...
5 Although theres bars in the wifi icon that indicate a connection, it cannot be connected to the network, just try and ping your device when its supposedly connected, look at the IP.. it cant be on the network.
6 Even if you manually imput the IP address, sub mask, and gateway IP it still wont work.
7 People with Iphones seem to be able to circumvent this issue or a similar issue by manually selecting the encryption method or changing the encryption method on the router.
8 Issue observerd in varied firmware versions
    Possible Conclusions:
1 The Ipod is selecting the wrong kind of encryption when the enter password dialog box comes up? OR bad key negotiation between IPOD and Router.
Although scenario 1 shouldnt be the case as WPA and WPA2 have to be a certian length etc..
Note: I have tried connecting to the network by manually entering the network details and encryption under Settings > Wifi > Other and still no luck..
    Questions:
Could someone with this issue confirm 1 wheather they are using WEP encryption. 2 weather it works on a non secure router or AP. 3 weather they are imputting the full HEX key or a passphrase?
I get the feeling if you use the full hex key it may work, ive seen posts around about having to make it recognise that you are using HEX by appending a $ sign to the start of the key.. although i dont know how true this is.
I have no access to the router that dosent work for me.. so cant do tests as my home one works on all encryption methods, but ive seen about 5 Routers and AP´s so far that wont work.. all using WEP..
    NOTE
On one specific AP I connect with my Ipod and get no IP from DHCP so no internet, yet my colleague sitting right next to me with an iPhone gets a DHCP assigned IP and is surfing away no probs! it even automatically connects, and im very jealous..!
    Anyone got any ideas?

This happened to my ipod touch recently, on my own network--it worked the night before, but not the next morning (even though I had a full wireless connection on the touch). I had to 'forget' that network and re-add it (including WEP) and then I was able to re-connect. no idea why this occured, but that did the trick. So far, I've only had to do that once...

  • Not being able to connect to Wifi Iphone5 after IOS 8.3

After updating to IOS and especially IOS8.3 my IPhone 5 is not able to connect to a Wifi network or is constantly asking for a password even though the correct password is entered. How to solve this problem?

    Hello jriprv,
After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPhone is having trouble connecting to one Wi-Fi network. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.

  • Suddenly not being able to connect to Airport Express

Hi - I am suddenly not able to connect to my Airport Express, which I use to connect to my home theater for music playing. The light is green, I rebooted it, and in fact, when I disconnect and reconnect the base, I can briefly see it in the admin utility. After that it disappears. Airtunes does not detect it either. This happened all of a sudden. The only new thing is that I added two new computers to my wireless network, both with Windows Vista. I had to make some sort of update to my XP computer in order to be able to conect to these computers. Could that have anything to do with this? The error code I am getting is 6753. Thanks!

I installed the software in another computer, and it's not working at all (this is one of the new computers with Vista).
Unfortunately, version 4.2 is not compatible with Vista, although I understand that some have found a work around by running it in WinXP-compatible mode. I believe version 5.x does, however, it's not available as a download.
The following is a workaround for Vista from another Discussions member ...
    1. You will need a program called Less_MSIerables:
    http://blogs.pingpoet.com/overflow/archive/2005/11/16/14995.aspx
    2. Download it to your desktop
Unzip that file (Should end up in your unzipped file folder)
    3. Now, download Airport Extreme (works for Airport Express, too) software:
    http://wsidecar.apple.com/cgi-bin/nph-reg3rdpty2.pl/product=14697&cat=1&platform =osx&method=sa/AirPort521Update.exe
    4. Use a program like winrar or winzip to uncompress that file to a new folder
    5. Next go to the folder in which you saved the unzipped version of Less_Msierables
    6. In a subfolder you will see a file called Lessmsi.
    7. Right-click on this file
    8. Go to properties.
    9. Go to compatability.
    10. Run in XP Mode
    11. Apply
    12. OK
    13. Again right-click on icon.
    14. Run as administrator.
    15. Then click on the ... button to browse to the folder you uncompressed the AirPort521Update (adjust for whatever version they happen to be on)
    16. You will see a list of many files, but the one of the first will be APUtil.exe.
    17. Extract this file to a location that you can easily find.
    18. A file folder will appear with a name like cab#APSetup.cab1
    19. Open that file folder and you will see a file APUtil.exe
    20. Click on that file, and the admin utility will open. You should be able to find your airport device.
