How do I fix pixelated table dots?

I have my table set up so that the row and column strokes are 1point dots. I have my viewing set to highest quality display. When I zoom in on the In Design doc, the dots look perfect. But when I export to pdf, they're all pixelated. I tried selecting no downsizing of images. I've tried everything.
Here is what it looks like in the pdf, which is going to be the primary end product:

If you are worried about the crispness of the dots magnified on screen, in print your CMYK red mix will be a relatively bigger problem.
The 25% cyan will be rendered with the printer's screen. If it's halftone's you'll get the halftone screen —dots inside of the dots. Also if your gray background is a black tint it will have to trap into the red dots, so it could get messy, something like this under a loupe (assuming a 1pt dotted line with a 30% black background output to a 150 lpi screen):

OH my god SOMEONE PLEASEE help me. I closed itunes so maybe it could work again now it looks like its never downloaded it dissapeared from my library. How can I fix pixelated app icons?

I have just redownloaded several of the Sims games for my iPhone (4S), but it seems that the icons for the Sims 3 Ambitions and World Adventures become pixelated as soon as the game installs (it's normal retina quality when downloading/installing). The game itself is fine, but what can I do to fix this issue?

The middle two icons are not how they appear in the app store, once they have installed.
I have also noticed some pixelation of game elements in several different redownloaded apps, which worked perfectly (at retina quality) before.

That actually sounds like a dead pixel to me. I don't know what else it could be.

It is a newer MacBook, just over 1 year. It is well cared for, hasn't been dropped, etc. I don't want to pay for expensive repairs for such a new computer, and I certainly can't afford a new one!
I've tried updating my system like the Support page suggested, but no improvement. The problem started just the other day, and is progressively getting worse.

Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. It can take 3 or 4 goes for this to work

What file format did you use? Some types don't allow for vector content.

If FaceTime ever worked properly for you, restarting your modem (and separate router/wireless if you have such) may help. If the problem continues, try connecting at a different location to see if the problem is within your wi-fi.
The black dot problem may mean you need to reset your iPod. If that does not help, it may need service by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

You cannot "fix" dead pixels. All you can do is replace the screen. See:

Unfortunately the table control line of BDC program will depend on the resolution of our PC setting.
Sometime I have 2 lines, sometime 3 lines (in different PC).
How to determine fixed line of table control?
So it will never be confusing me whether I have 2 or 3 lines.

Default size will play good role in terms of resoultion. in one system in table control you can see 10rows, but in others system it will show 20 records. it depends on resoultion. but when you set the default size then it will take same (default screen size) in all the systems when you run BDC.
