I am pasting the Discussion between Paulo and Myself for your reference and benefits:
Paulo Skylar: You have a pretty poor image to work with. However, you can try the following approach
Creative1977: It was clicked from a Cell Phone's low resolution camera.
Paulo Skylar: Do a rough selection with the lasso tool around the white spot and pre set a feather to the selection in the options bar.
Creative1977: What should be the pre set of a feather? Perhaps 10 px?
Paulo Skylar: Yes something like 10 or less pixels should be fine. This is not critical, but it there to make the edges of the selection blend in.
* Jump the selection to a separate layer (Ctrl +J)
Paulo Skylar: Add a solid color fill adjustment layer and clip it to the selection layer you just created. Use a color near the outside edge of the selection area.
Creative1977: Could you please explain again in a different and more easier way?
Paulo Skylar: After making your selection layer click on the eye dropper tool and with it click in an area near the selection you made to pick up that color. Then go to the layers panel and at the bottom click the black& white circle. Choose "solid color" from the resulting list. Click OK when the color picker dialog box appears.
Paulo Skylar: In the layers panel move your cursor to the line between the image layer and the selection layer, hold down the Alt key and click. This will clip the color layer to the selection, that is limit the color correction applied to the full image to the region defined by the selection.
Paulo Skylar: Change the blend mode to Darken
Paulo Skylar: Adjust the opacity to match. You may then want to adjust the color and readjust the opacity for a better match

Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router

If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

The movie had gotten to the point that I could watch it all the way through but it still said processing and got stuck at that point and when I turned off the wifi to try to restart it, it deleted its-self but did not free up any of the storage It was taking up
Restarting my iPad does not help
Some thing similar also happened to my old laptop when trying to download the iOS 5 update to my laptop when it came out. It kept getting disconnected and every time it would try to start over and act like what had already been downloaded was not there though it was still taking up the storage space.
And it continued repeating until it took up all of my storage space. The data file would not show up anywhere so I had to restore my laptop to the factory settings and that worked for awhile but I eventually had to get a new laptop.

If your phone number isn't listed on an iPod touch or iPad, follow these steps:

2. Verify that you're using the same Apple ID that you're using on your iPhone.

    - Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
    - Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
4. Sign in to your Apple ID with FaceTime and iMessage.

That's the problem, then. The files are under your 'old' user account. You should be able to access them if you log into your old account. However, that's not going to let you move them to your new user account. It's for situations like this that I always create a root user account (although I seldom access it). With a root user account, you can copy files from one user account to another. Note that someone may come up with a better idea than what I would use, but here goes.
Read http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and set up a root user. Then you can transfer files from one account to another. If you like, you can delete this account after you've moved your files.
