How do I fix the "Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications" message on iOS7?

I just "upgraded" to iOS7 on my iPad 3 and I get this message when I open every non-Apple app. Extremely annoying. I saw this question asked earlier but never saw the answer. Is there a fix? Thank you.
