Cannot open most apps, like Youtube, Overdrive, Calculator, etc. Prompts me to sign in to itunes store. I put in password but says cannot connect to store. Tried turning off and back on. Did "hard reset" and that didn't work.

As per the Apple iCloud status page, they are having issues. Do not make changes at your end.

The "activation code" threw me. I took the One to One classes 4 years ago. All I did was sign up in the store and the sessions started the following week inside the Apple Store. Times have changed I see.

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

TS1702 Changed my email (also Apple ID) and have a new iPad, now I can't update or use any of the apps that I purchased on my old iPad because it wants to use my old email (ID) how do I fix this. I have spent a lot of money of these apps!

I changed my email address, which in turn, changed my Apple ID. I changed the settings of my iPad and things were fine for me, but my husband shares a few apps with me and isn't able to update or use any of those apps now. The change doesn't work for him.
Now, I got a new iPad mini and I'm having the same problem. I have purchased many apps which I can't use now. I have a lot of work documents saved to them too.
Is there anyway that both husband and I can change the setting so we can access the apps we have already purchased?

You have to be signed into the correct Apple ID in order to download those purchases again for free.
Settings>iTunes & App Store. Tap the old ID and sign out, then sign in with the new/changed ID.

I get a pop up saying uninstall javascript over and over again. How to I fix that? The offer to send in my email address for a solution doesn't work either.

After I installed firefox four a pop up dialog box started showing imediatley and clicking OK made it dissappear and return a split second later, over and over again. I typed in my eamil address to contact firefox about it in the dialog box for that but clicking the send button didn't send the message. You can try asking iTunes Customer Support for a refund, but there is no guarantee they will honor the request.

On the Intel site where(I hope) you downloaded the APP Accelerator, if you scroll down the page http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/iaa/> you will come across a line that says "Supported Chipsets". Click on it and read it. It tells you everything you need to know. The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility, or INF Chipset utility, is already optimized for these chipsets. Use that instead. That is what is used for the new chipsets. DO NOT GORGET to uninstall APP Accelerator, or you might have problems. Good Luck!
