How do I fix uncontrollable scrolling in Elements Organiser?

How do I fix uncontrollable scrolling through image thumbnails in Elements Organiser? The problem occurs whether I use the trackpad on my Macbook or the Magic Mouse. I have tried slowing the gesture speed to Zero in Settings. This has absolutely no effect on the speed at which images move in the Organiser. The speed makes both Photoshop and Premiere Elements unusable.

When I plug my iPhone into my laptop and then click on Podcasts, it won't let me scroll to choose which Podcasts I want to add. How do you fix a scrolling problem on Apple TV?

When I click the remote once, it scrolls to end of row or column. I've restarted via remote, unplugged (restarted), restored to factory default = still have scrolling problem. Tried 2 different remotes, same problem with each. Tried unparring then reparring = no joy.

How do I fix problem with PS Elements 12 install?

I recently purchased a bundle of PS Elements and Premier Elements 12. The install hung from the DVD so I copied all the files to HD and installed from there. Things went well untill one day, PS told me that my trial had ended (I entered my serial numbers during the install). There didn't appear to be a way to re-enter, so I removed PS and re-installed (again from the HD and again entering my Serial Number). Now upon launching PS Editor, I receive a notice that it's verifying my serial number. It comes back without an error but doesn't run the editor. Now what?

I got it working. I did some research and found a post by H. Adams. I found the SLCache folder for Adobe and deleted all of the files in it. It can be found on the C drive under 1) Program Files(x86); 2) Common Files; 3) Adobe. There are several files and one directory in the SLCache folder. Delete them but NOT SLCache. The Menu program then kicked off a registration process for PSE 12.

How do I fix my broken PSE 9 Organiser program?

I'm about ready to scream!
Whenever I open PSE 9 Organiser, it opens to show that it is generating thumbnails and the hourglass is not moving at all. Then if I dare to do anything at all and I do mean anything, it stops responding and I have to shut it down via ctrl-alt-delete or the Windows not responding pop-up window.
So, what have I tried to fix it?
I have updated to SP2 after disabling user account control
I have removed the thumbs.5.cache more than once and then tried to update the thumbnails with no success, as the program just froze on me
I have tried to "repair" the catalog, but the program just freezes as soon as I click on File
I have tried to "optimize" the catalog, but the program just freezes as soon as I click on File
I have also uninstalled and re-installed the program, though without any appreciable difference in performance, (I did not actually search and remove all PSE 9 files, I just made use of the Uninstall feature in Settings)
Now, you may understand my fustration in trying to get this program working as well as it did when I first installed it.
So, could anyone please tell me what I should do to get this program to work as it should?

How do I empty the catalogue of Elements Organiser? I want to start again...

I want to clear out the catalogue, not delete the original picture. But I want to import the pictures afresh, because they are now better organised in their source folders.

Yes, you'll have to always have your organizer at hand. Think of it as a replacement of the explorer, with much more powerful tools. It has a 'Folders' view in the left panel which is like the explorer. You can manage folders just like in the explorer. You can easily select files (not only based on subfolders, but on tags or categories you have created) and 'export' them as new files on your USB drive.
It's a management system, not only a storing system. When you 'get photos and video... from...' then the organizer stores all the information present in the media file metadata section for easy retrieval:
date, media type, dimensions, shooting settings, camera type, geolocation if your camera has this feature, and much more. Of course, such a management system is more useful if you add personal information about people, places, any categories you can create. You can add captions and notes to your files. You can create 'albums' which are collections of related files just like 'playlists', create stacks and version sets. The most impressive strength is the ability to retrieve files based on multicriteria searches. The organizer also lets you backup your media files and catalogs safely.
The problem is not 'to go through' the organizer, it is to forget the explorer, since the organizer can fully manage your folders.
Adding captions, notes or other information about your photos, enriching the categories and tags structure is much quicker and easier than most beginners imagine.
So, if you need more than the explorer, it's worth learning to use the organizer; otherwise, be happy with the explorer and your folder structure, nothing wrong with that .

My pages won't scroll to see all of the content. I don't want it to scroll on the home, about, or contact pages, but I do want it to scroll on the pages with image thumbnails.

The Slideshow widget on the page appears to be pinned and pinned elements are not considered as part of the content by the scroll bar.
So select the Slideshow widget in Design mode and unpin it.

It could be a coincidence, but I rebooted the machine and (knock on wood) PSE13 seems to be working ok.

Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think?

I bought a new computer and reinstalled my elements 12...when i first loaded it, it asked me to license or done...i accidently clicked done and now it won't run at all...how do i fix this...i keep uninstalling and reinstalling it and the editor side will

so how do i fix this...i have reinstalled it many times now and even went and downloaded the 13 trial version just to do the project i was trying to work on...

Once I clicked the Done button the program shut down. So when I restarted it and clicked on editor, the timer thing happened on the editor side with the cursor timer also spinning for a few seconds and then both timer displays stopped and nothing happened. I can click on the manage photos side and it opens and functions but not the editor. There are no error messages. I can uninstall the program and reinstall it and the exact same thing happens over and over. Elements 13 loads and works perfect every time. Maybe i'm missing something such as if I have a 32 or 64 bit system and which one i'm downloading because i had trouble finding the program to redownload. Maybe if you just get me alink to the american version of elements 12 32/94 bit version it will work great i bet that is the problem actually. Because I originally did a trial version last year of 12 and then later bought it. So if you can give me a link to download a good version of the program that might actually solve it. Because if i have a 32 bit program download and my system is a 64 bit system...that might actually account for this issue...since after I downloaded it did not have a chance to run it and see if it worked...
