How do i fix windows 8.1 unknown language problem

I am one of your Microsoft Users, i am using 50 licenses Windows 8.1 Professional version 64 Bit for my official use.
From last six month i am facing this Issue So Kindly I'll request to you please look into this.
The problem is Every time some Unknown or Unidentified language appear in my desktop i can't browsing i can't do anything with this, That's why i already tried 3 times reinstall of my windows with official license key but not fixed.
I already reformatted my desktop approx 3 times but still it's not fixed i already scan my whole HDD but still it's not fixed.
So please give me the Solution on this ASAP. Kindly also make sure with my attached screenshot.

I doing that only System restore & reformatting my HDD. and reinstall the software again.
And even i am also shocked i never seen this types of error. in my 98 Years IT Carrier.
I think so but i am not sure my colleague installed some Fonts. for the use of (Adobe Photoshop CS6) or something like that ? Because this one is my designer desktop.

Trying to install iTunes 10.7, first attempt; downloaded and ran with everything closed, seccond atttempt; just click on run, third attempt; ran upgrade with iTunes open. All of the results were the same.

I have just gone through every link on the site and a number of links when clicked on will not bring up the material. I tried going into Adobe 10 on my computer and disenabling protected mode as was suggested on your forum and at first when I went back into the essex info site it seemed to have worked when I clicked on a link that had only produced a black page. However when I went back to test all the other links I found that the problem was still re-occuring. This is really weird as the site and my connections to it which I sometimes make by directly accessing the site and sometime via a link from our QRRA blog have always worked perfectly with no problems up to now. I downloaded adobe 10.1 on 8 March 2011.
I contacted essexinfo separately but they said everything seemed to be OK at their end working from within the system.
If you can help I would appreciate it.

When i am in certain apps, some with using internet and some not, shuts down and goes back to the main page. how do i fix this or what is the problem?

Try resetting your iPad. Press and hold sleep button until slider shows up on screen. Shut down then start it up again.

How can I fix the buzzing and focus camera problem

So about 3 days ago I had used the camera to take a picture cause words couldn't do much justice. Later on about 1pm (it was working fine at 9am) I was going to use the camera for Google translate then I saw the camera wasn't working properly, like wavely then I heard some buzzing sound that I could feel on the back of the phone. I asked it on forums, which all said it's a hardware issue that "is common with that phone" I didn't drop it, at least not this year. only thing I did do is use a cable that let me plug usb devices into the phone which I had done before w/o issues. I contacted Verizon and they told me of a possible fix that didn't work. I keep wanting to use my camera but all I can do is use the front camera. Anything I can do short of going to Verizon or replace/repair the phone?

I am so sorry to hear of the camera issue. I appreciate all the details you have provided. Let's investigate into this further. Does the camera still look "wavey" or does it just buzz now? Are you using the factoy camera application on the device? Do you receive the same buzzing if you download another camera application and try to use the rear camera? What exactly it tech support have you try when you called in?

How should I fix this one Flash mp3 player problem?

First of all, I'm just learning Flash, so bear with me. To deliver music content on a little website, I'm using the original Fabricio Zuard XSPF_player from Sourceforge.net. The version of the player that plays more than one song is supposed to also display the relevant album cover on the left. This works fine with FireFox 3.6, IE 8, and Opera 11 (all on Windows XP Pro sp3).
But on Google Chrome, the song links go all the way to the left including the space where the cover image should be. Can someone more experienced help me diagnose this? One person has suggested a Javascript problem, but the only Javascript I'm using is SWFObject, which appears to have a good reputation, and doesn't have anything to do with the player's internal appearance.

IMac (Late 2012) Rattling, how to get fixed if Apple cannot "recreate" the problem?

I set up an appointment with Apple and took in my iMac that is suffering from a rattling that comes and goes. It is on for 5-10 seconds and then off for 5-10 seconds. I assume it has something to do with the fan, but the rattling is always the same regardless of how fast or slow the fan is spinning. It is very subtle and the closest thing it reminds me of is the sound a woodpecker makes. If there is any music on or sound in the room, it goes mostly unnoticed, however if I am working on the computer in silence it begins to drive me insane.
At the Apple store they took my iMac to the back to test it in a quieter environment and then returned saying they did not hear the sound and could not do anything. I fear they were still in too loud of an environment to make it out, and I understand not being able to repair a problem you can not find.
Now finally to my question: If Apple says they are unable to recreate the problem, what are my options? I have 3 months left on my warranty and imagine the repairs for something like this should be covered, if I can get an acknowledgement of the problem. The sound and it's pattern, although subtle and quiet are becoming unbearable, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that you may have 2 severe problems. One may be a faulty battery, especially if it's not holding a charge. The other may be the hard drive itself. The folder with the exclamation point can be solved by restoring the iPod. But the battery will need some expert attention like sending it back to Apple for a replacement battery.

That is a problem with an AVG extension or toolbar.

I have to remove and reinstall Flash Player 11.3 everyday! How can I fix it?

I use Firefox and IE. Everyday I have to remove and reinstall flash player to be able to use it. Every day I receive the message that I don't have F player installed and I have to download it. I check add-ons and I can't find it there but it's installed in program,s and features in my control panel. I'm usin win 7 32-Bit and I always download the latest 11.3 F player. I'm tired of going through the same process everyday! BTW, I delete all my cookies and browsing history every time I want to close my explorers. But it's not new I've always done that but the problem with the lawstest F player is quite recent since the first time I download F player 11.3! Please help me.

If I import it, a message comes up Unreadable file, the following file could not be imported. them it tells me where the file is and it cannot be opened. If I do not import, then it says,The photo has been placed in the folder /Users/patrick*******/Pictures/iPhoto Library Recovered Photos_4. It will just keep adding to recvovered photos. This drives me crazy!!!!!!! How do I fix this?

I had this problem some months ago and the following solution from Terrence Delvin put things right:
Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder.
However, since connecting a memory stick to my computer, I now have the same problem again. This time there is no folder called 'Import' or 'Importing' so what should I do?
