How do I follow up on a book uploaded to bookstore?

This was about 1 week-ten days ago. Nothing yet in store. Is there some way I can check on it? As I understand things, it shouldn't take that long.

I have just published my first book having been put though a process of jumping through a few hurdles. What I found is you open the Ticket which displays the issue and top right you will see a contact us and using that process I found that I got a reply within 24 hours.
There are a number of issues that they are really sensitive about:
-     competing websites so you have to make sure you don't have a URL pointing to any other store
-     the size of the cover art which I after two attempts had accepted at 1400px x 1400px
-     they also are describing the 'Preview' file by a number of different names which can lead to confusion. For example the 'Preview' file is also called the 'Sample' [try before you buy] which must accompany the Publication when you download to iTunes Connect.
-     Spelling
-     Use of some non permitted characters and I guess that might also extend to font's [not sure about that]
-     Which words in the must start with an Upper Case Letter 'A Dreamer's Vision':
-     in the Sub Title the first letter of the first word that does not require upper case [and there is a list of them in the manual'] an example: 'and'
-     the meta file must be absolutely spot on.

If you do have addresses, it is a little more complicated.
First, create a Contacts Archive (from File>Export menu). This will be your backup.
Next, export the current contacts as vCards.
Then, follow the steps above.
Then, import all the cards you exported. If you select all and double-click, it will ask if you want to add them. You'll then have to add them to whatever groups you had set up.

Hello there acraftlady..... congrats on your personal plan. Even though you are paying double what I am paying for the same service, I suspect that you are still happy and can afford the cost. That is a great savings over Vzn - but no where near the best that you can do! If you have a contract for your services....PLEASE read no further.
If you copy and paste http://www.discountfanatics.com/cheapest-cell-phone-plans.html into your web page, you will find MY service provider (rated #1, by the way) along with 5 or 6 others.
Please note, if you DO not have access to wi-fi, then these plans are a bit less desirable - but still about half of what you are currently paying.
I used to have about 80% coverage with Vzn in my home...I now have 100% with my new provider.
I used to NOT have data with Vzn cause it was too expensive...I now have unlimited data - EVERYWHERE I travel.
To compliment my provider, I have yet to pay the full $25 per month - because I get a $20 credit everytime a person whom I referred to my provider signs up...BOTH get a $20 dollar credit. In otherwords, I have been paying (for 3 months now), $5 per month for unlimited everything on my MotoG (#1 or 2 rated smart phone).
Just wanted to share that you have done great!! and you can do better!!
Your son and hubby can do $10 per month each for unlimited everything (data via wi-fi only).
