How do i force a data update for iCloud on a device?

I am trying to view updates made to a pages file on a mobile device. The mobile device is NOT showing the changes made to the document. How can I force the update in info from iCloud? If I can not force an update how long does it take for changes made to show up on mobile devices?
Notes:
Pages file modified on iMac (with active wifi) saved to iCloud.
Modifications not showing on iPad (with active wifi) in pages iCloud files.
iMac pages file has been saved and closed. iPad still not showing modifications, which are extensive, after 20 min.
HELP! I NEED THESE UPDATES TO BE SEAMLESS!
I have restarted the iPad twice with no change in iCloud files list. What am I doing wrong?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like updates to documents are not updated to an iOS device. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

while activating table it is giving message like below.

Hi,
Easiest way is to download the table eg into an Excel table (if possible) or text table. Drop the table from the database. Build your table with the new key field. Build the database table again and fill it.
You can do it also over the database into a new table. Drop the old one. Build the enhanced one and fill it. Afterwards drop your (temporary) table.
Maybe there are other ways, but this works.

Now I know it's possible, but I'm not sure how to turn off the automatic updates for the iPod. How do I change the email account for icloud on my iphone6 only. I don't want to change my ipad or my husband's iphone6. Currently all 3 devices have the same gmail account associated with them. I have created a new & separate apple id and I want that on my phone but I can't figure out how to delete his email from my phone.

To change iCloud accounts you have to go to Settings>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with your other ID to create your new account. If you want to migrate a copy of the iCloud data to the new account, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save Image. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out, choose Keep on My iPhone and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted. Then sign back in with your new Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload the data to your new account. Once you are on a separate account you can go to iCloud.com and delete your husband's data from your account (and he can do the same with yours).
Just be aware that the current @icloud.com email address cannot be moved to the new account, nor can the current my photo stream album (which is why you need to save any my photo stream photos you want to keep to your iPhone before signing out of the existing account).

I was able to change my Apple ID on all apps except iCloud. I don't have the original email account I used when setting up my iPhone with the old Apple ID and I have no clue what the password was. It appears I first need to turn off "Find my iPhone" which requires the old Apple ID, then I can delete the iCloud account. I want to use my current Apple ID to be able to use the "Find my iPhone" feature in iOS7. I hope someone can help!!

You never mentioned that you didn't have access to that email. There are some specific steps you can perform to retrieve the old Apple ID password.

There are no settings to change. Assuming you are using Lion 10.7.2 (or 10.7.3) - which you should be - you simply sign in in System Preferences>iCloud and check 'Contacts' and any other data you want to sync.
If you are using an earlier system you will not be able to sync your contacts, and there is no workaround. However you can sync them with Google or Yahoo contacts, though I don't know how well this works.

You would have to restore to your entire iCloud backup, if you have one. (The backup includes app data.) Restoring to an iCloud backup has to be done in the initial setup process. If you have any data on your phone now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens as you did when the phone was new. When given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.
