How do I format a monospaced paragraph in ePub export?

Hi!
I want to have paragraphs in a Pages document in a monospaced font when I export to ePub. Is that possible? According to what I have read the <code> tag is supported by the ePub format.
Best regards,
Niklas Johansson

I guess that you must use a monospaced font available on the iPad.

It seems that you have to choose between Courier and CourierNewPSMT.
The listed fonts are installed in the iPad 2, I'm not sure that they are available in Pages.

  • How can I format footnote fonts in pages--for all footnotes in a document?

    I am just starting to use Pages and am writing a paper with footnotes.  The paper is in Times New Roman 12, but the footnotes come automatically in Helvetica 10.  How can I format all the footnotes so they automatically appear in TNR 12?

    Change one word in a footnote
    Select that word
    In the Style drawer click on the triangle for the Footnote in the paragraph style section. You have to move the cursor to the left to see the trinagle
    Choose Redefine style from the selection

    How do I format Mac mail for gmail?

    You really have no way of controlling how the email will look on someone else's computer. I find, with email, the simpler the better. Block paragraphs (no indent on the first line) and an extra line between paragraphs.
    If you want formatting control, I'd recommend using a word processor, printing to PDF and sending that.
    Best of luck.

  • Using Adobe Acrobat XI, uploaded my form from my Word. How do I format spaces for SSN, DOB, Phone number?

    I'm trying to create a new client form how do I format the spaces numerically for DOB, SSN and phone number??? HELP! Can I do this on Adobe Acrobat XI????

    Not sure what you mean by uploaded form. Did you print to the Adobe PDF printer, use the Save As Adobe PDF, use Save As PDF or XPS, use the Acrobat menu in WORD, or try to open the word file in Acrobat directly? Assuming you printed to the Adobe PDF printer, then you select the TOOLS>Interactive and select the Form Wizard. Otherwise, you simply use the tools under the interactive menu. You might find the following video useful: http://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-create-pdf-forms-from-existing-documents. The form tools are under the interactive menu (I could give better direction if I was at home where I have AA XI).

  • How do you format cell size in numbers for multiple cells at the same time?

    How do you format the cell size of multiple cells at once in numbers?

    select the cells you want to format by clicking at the top-left most cell, then shift click the bottom-right most cell.
    Then open the inspector by selecting the menu item "View > Show Inspector", then click the table inspector segment:
    now use the row height and column width fields to adjust as needed.
    You can also select multiple rows and columns by clicking in an active tables row/column header, then dragging to select rows (or column), then hover the cursor on the line the separates rows (or columns) until the cursor changes to a bar with arrows, then click, hold, and drag as needed.

  • How to handle format trigger in bi publisher report

    Hi all,
    anyone have idea how to handle format trigger in bi publisher report....
    also if someone will illustrate the how exactly we use the triggers in bi publisher reports.
    regards
    Ratnesh

    Hi,
    there's no direct support for the format triggers out of Oracle Reports. Therefore they are mentioned in the log file and in the created layout after conversion the objects with format triggers are colored red to show, that there you had to do some additional work.
    Currently you had to built the logic of format triggers in BI Publisher new. Hve a look in the User Guide, there are some examples for if or choose statements.

  • How do I format a full frame 16x20 print to minimize edge loss at printer?

    Wondering how to best format prints for printer to avoid visible edge loss in printing. I have color borders on the photos, H & V.
    Do I subtract a 1/4th inch from each side while formatting? Order with "border" and cut the border?
    Prints will be mounted on standzard 16 x20 backboard.
    Thanks in advance.

    That's not a very helpful lab worker then !
    From your original post you said you had a colour border, so why not extend your canvas and border by a quarter inch all round. That should be more than enough bleed.

  • How to do formatting of messageStyleText in a table for each row

    Hello one and all,
    We have a requirement that the values displayed in figures must have a formatting same as we do in SQL
    for example : select TO_CHAR(4555.95 , '999,999,999.99') from dual
    OUTPUT will be 4,555.95
    Now i want to do the formatting for the messageStyleText which i have created as follows:
    Header
    Table
    messageStyleText
    The code that i am writing is as follows :
    public void processFormRequest(OAPageContext pageContext, OAWebBean webBean)
    super.processFormRequest(pageContext, webBean);
    //Call the AM by using create object, this object created only for FirstPG_AMImpl use
    FirstPG_AMImpl am =(FirstPG_AMImpl)pageContext.getApplicationModule(webBean);
    //Calling view object vo method when Go button is clicked.
    if (pageContext.getParameter("go")!=null)
    Object [] returnVa = (Object[]) am.payslipsummary(pageContext);
    OAMessageStyledTextBean earbean =(OAMessageStyledTextBean) webBean.findIndexedChildRecursive("inputValue");
    earbean.setValue(pageContext, returnVa[0]);
    when the query executes it displays 3 Rows in the table.
    Now, the formatting happens only for the first row displayed in my table. how to allow formatting to happen for all the rows???
    NOTE: the formatting code is in my AMImpl
    public Object[] payslipsummary(OAPageContext pageContext)
    Object [] strValue = new Object[10];
    NumberFormat numberFormat = NumberFormat.getInstance();
    numberFormat.setMinimumFractionDigits(2);
    numberFormat.setMaximumFractionDigits(2);
    numberFormat.setMinimumIntegerDigits(3);
    numberFormat.setMaximumIntegerDigits(20);
    return strValue;
    pls help!
    Brgds,
    Jenny

    Hi,
    To for the specific column value of all rows of table, please loop through the underlying VO of that table
    OAViewObject vo = (OAViewObject)am.findViewObject("View Object");
    if (vo != null) {
    Row TotalLinesVOrows[] = vo.getAllRowsInRange();
    RowSetIterator rowsetitr[] = vo.getRowSetIterators();
    if (vo.getRowCount() > 0) {
    rowsetitr[0].setRangeStart(0);
    rowsetitr[0].setRangeSize((int)vo.getRowCount());
    for (int count = 0; count < vo.getRowCount(); count++) {
    row = rowsetitr[0].getRowAtRangeIndex(count);
    Object value= row.getAttribute("ViewAttributename");
    Double fomattedValue=getFormatCurrency(value)
    row.setAttribute("ViewAttributename", fomattedValue);
    public String getUSFormatCurrency(double value)
    Locale locales = Locale.US ;
    DecimalFormat formatter = (DecimalFormat)
    NumberFormat.getCurrencyInstance(locales);
    String formattedCurrency = formatter.format(value);
    return formattedCurrency;

    Launch the Disk Utility application. Select the icon of the drive -- it will usually be labeled with the manufacturer's name and the capacity. Select the "Partition" tab. From the menu labeled "Partition Layout," select "1 partition." From the Format menu, select "Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)." Click "Apply."
    This operation will destroy all previously existing data on the drive.

    1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
