How do I format the text in mail messages?

I receive some mail messages that extend well beyond the screen and I have to scroll a long ways to finish reading one line. Is there any way to format the mail to automatically fold these long lines so that i can read them without so much scrolling?

Then use its word-wrap options.

I have a question about using stationery in Mail. Is there anything I can do to make the text box in certain templates to hold more content? It seems that, in some templates (like Bamboo, for example), the text box expands automatically as more content is keyed in. Yet, in the Tack Board template, for example, the text box does not expand beyond what seems to be a fixed length for content. Please check text input state defined , also if the form is inserted in any container then try to test out the form with different text input boxes in a new page.

You can set up a temporary button (or link, bookmark, etc.) and add the following JavaScript action:
// Mouse Up script for a temporary button (or bookmark, etc.)

It also sets the font size, but you can remove that line if you don't need to do that.

you will see the option for colors.

Here's the solution I used to solve the same problem. If you're not comfortable editing the source files, this might be more than you want to take on--but I've done it to several files with no ill effects. A warning about editing the Master pages--it only edits them in that book--it doesn't update the theme. So if you go to create another book with those same layouts, you'll have to duplicate the book and replace all the images. An alternative would be to create a "clean" book with no photos in it and then just use that as a starting point each time.

I want to display the value of the value of variable against fiscper3 and the value of the variable against 0fiscyear in the web application template from the query in the text element in the web template in BI 7 Web application designer.
Also, in the web application designer I need to format the text element in the web application designer to set the text element to center the display change the size and make it bold. I am bit lost I cannot find these properties in the web application designer against the text element.

I am currently using LiveCycke Designer to create a scholarship for my company. I created fields for the form and I would like to insert a text to describe the scholarship. When I insert the text, it doesn't flow onto the next page. I've tried creating a subform and clicking "flowed" and "allow page breaks within content". I also clicked auto-fit for the height, but it just makes a line. For the text box, I've clicked "Expand to fit on the height". It is also a dynamic XML Form. Is there anything else I should be doing?
I could always send the file to someone to see if they can figure it out.

Here is the corrected form..Even you you set the Subform type to "Flowed" to the subform where the Text box resides, you did not set the Page1 to Flowed (which is the key)..But when I make the Page1 type to "Flowed", all your fields above the Scholrship text boxes' Subform will go one below another.. To fix this, first I have select all the fields and wrap them into a subform and then set the Page1 to Flowed..

On a more permanent basis the Font, it's colour and the IM background colour are set in iChat Menu > Preferences > Messages

What is the file format of the vector you downloaded? Custom Shapes have a .PSP extension, and are placed according to this table.
Preference filenames and locations in Photoshop CC
They will then be loadable from the Custom Shapes drop down — click on the cog icon > Load shape > Find your downloaded vector.
Once placed in the image, it will appear as a Shape layer, and can be edited with the Path, and Direct Selection tools (black and white arrows on the toolbar)

How do I edit the text in a PDF

I have a PDF document written by someone else. Using Adobe Pro X, how do I erase the text and replace it with new text?. I don't want to edit anything but the text (leaving all photos and graphs intact). Basically, the document is written in German and I wanto do through the document and replace all German text with the English translations. I am new to Adobe and I just can't figure this out. Thank you for your help.

As PDF is not a "word processing" format heavy editing such as you describe has a high probability of damaging the PDF.
While the TouchUp Text tool supports minor "touch ups" it is not designed to support word processor like content editing.
Regarding removal of PDF page content. You can use the Redaction tool for that.
Read the Help topics on this so as to use the tool properly (if you want full removal of the selected content).
You might consider use of the Text Edit feature - this supports cross-out of selected text and has an associated pop-up into which you could enter the English.
Regardless, consider making "work" copies of the original PDF as, again, more than minor "touch up" can (and often does) result in making a PDF unusable.

I want to knwon how can I cancel the text-link in pdf forever.
In a pdf , If there is a text like "http://www.adobe.com" ,even it's not a hyperlink,and there is not any action on the text,but it can be clicked.
I have read the "Document management — Portable document format — Part 1:PDF 1.7", I find nothing about this text-link, Is this a function of adobe reader ,or is it required by the PDF format.
I konw adobe reader could turn off the function of text url Identification, then it can not to be clicked ,but what I want to do is cancel the text-link in pdf ,so that whatever is the "text url identification " turned off or turned on , the text can never be clicked.
so,is anybody knwon ,if there is any way to cancel the text-link, to forbiden the text url to be cliecked forever ?

No. It is a feature of Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat.

In a real-world application, no.
In a RW application, a typical need is merely to know the "logical role" of the button (i.e., the button that validates the form, regardless of whether its text is "OK" or "Save", "Go",...). Text tends to vary much more than the structure of the UI over time.
In this case you can get the source's name (+getName()+), which will be the name that you've set to the button at UI construction time. Or you can compare the source for equality with either button ( +if evt.getSource()==okButton) {...}+ ).
All in all, I think the best solution is: don't use the same ActionListener for more than one action (+i.e.+ don't add the same ActionListener to all your buttons, which leads to a big if-then-else series in your actionPerformed() ).
Eventually, if you're listening to a single button's actions, whose text change over time (e.g. "pause"/"resume" in a VCR bar), I still think it's a bad idea to rely on the text of the button - instead, this text corresponds to a logical state (resp. playing/paused), it is more maintainable to base your logic on the state - which is more resilient to the evolutions of the UI (e.g. if you happen to use 2 toggle buttons instead of one single play/pause button).
