How do I get a driver for HP LaserJet 4000T Printer

I deleted my driver for my HP LaserJet 4000T printer, intending to download it again to correct a glitch. Now I can't down load a driver and HP is not supporting this older printer any more. Any suggestions. Ralph

Kodak has posted an unsupported hack that has been reported to enable printing to a Kodak printer not supported in OS X 10.10 ("Yosemite").
I have not tested the hack myself. As far as I know it will not break the compatibility of printing software that is already compatible with Yosemite. It may degrade the security of the printing system. It's up to you to decide whether that risk is worth taking.

How to get a driver for hp laser jet printer 1010 suitable for Win 8.1

I have a hp laserjet 1010 black & whilte printer which survived through Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7, and now ready for Win 8.1, and it needs to work with a 64-bit hardware and 64-bit operating system.
HP made a robust product in LJ 1010 and I cannot throw it away for its quality till date.
How do I get a driver software for this printer?
Windows could not find it automatically, I couldn't find it at HP support site.
Can someone help?

The 1010 is not supported in Windows 8 by HP.

I went to manually find an update for my driver because of this:
reason for searching for driver -> when I play Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, when people talk through their microphone on the multiplayer of that game, all i hear is blurry/laggy sound and can hardly make out what they are saying. This happens whenever anyone with a mic on that game talks so it has to be me since alot of people say they hear each other just fine.
Now I went to find the driver and when i got to audigo it didn't show the next part which is audio, it had stuff like audigy LS etc. but no plain audio.
Should I be looking for a driver for another soundblaster or something? help please

You can check which exact model (SB0xxxy) you have by looking what's printed on card.
I suppose if you download drivers intended to Platinum you get your drivers updated (If you do not have Audigy LS (SB032). It has it's own drivers).

Sounds like your download is stalling out. I have this problem in Windows 7 as well. You might try pausing the download when it stops and un-pausing it. I'm still trying to find out why this happens in Windows 7.

Apple suppies all the drivers for all the printers that work with any specific os x version. Just go to the Print & scan section of system preferences and Add Printer (Plus ( + ) Sign) and if it is supported the driver will be there.

Cannot install driver for HP Laserjet 1022 Printer.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. When I attempt to install the driver for the HP Laserjet 1022 Printer, although the software recognized that the printer existed (ergo must be plugged into the computer), I keep getting the message that installation is being held up until I connect the printer to the computer. I got a Windows 7, 64 bit PC. I wanted to install HP laserjet 1200 Black and White printer to my PC, which was installed to a windows XP,32 bit OS. I got the Printer's Driver CD also with the product. But it is a 32 bit Application. I wanted to download the 64 bit Application and install the printer to my PC. I see you are wanting to install an HP Laserjet 1200 on your Windows 7 64bit PC. I also see that the downloadable drivers are not working for you. Have you tried installing the driver located in the Windows Add a Printer: Windows Update section? For information on how to perform this type of install please read the article linked below.
