How do I get a hold of customer service?

I need to speak to someone in customer service. I'm not happy with my local Verizon store. My wife and I were mislead about a few things when we upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone, both of us upgraded.  We purchased a tablet, our first one, and was not told about any upgrade fee for that.  We were told we were purchasing a 16 GB tablet, only to find out when I got it home that it is actually an 8 GB.  I do not like the upgrade fees at all. As a 15 year customer, I feel that we shouldn't be charged upgrade fees at all and I don't like the hassle we have to go through to in order to get the $50.00 rebate for our phones.  I could have purchase the phones for a lot less, including after a rebate, at Walmart. 
So how do I email someone in customer service to report my issue and to hopefully have someone train these sales associates at the local stores?
I have looked all over this website for a email to someone in customer service and I can't find anything.

Verizon does not use email for customer communications.  You can call *611 or use chat.  Everything you listed is normal Verizon policy including the upgrade fees and activation fee for a new line of service.   Obviously, you should have received a 16GB tablet if that is what you bought.  If you purchase on-line the rebates are built into the on-line price.  If you purchase at a store, you get a mail-in rebate.  Again, that's normal policy.
Third party retailers have lower selling prices, but there are other restrictions such as higher early termination fees, etc.

    All day long I have been trying fill my data, and I cannot do it via phone or online. I cannot get a customer service representative.  The 800 number keeps telling me that they are having issues processing my request and that they can't connect to customer service.     If you still have the box it should be on it.  Otherwise you might want to try contacting your Cell carrier.  They should have the IMEI that was  registered with them for cellular service on the iPad.

    I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused. However this is just because Adobe Acrobat 7.0 is an outdated version & the now the activation server for it does not exist.

    The above link will help you to  install a special version that does not require activation.

    MoeGhazal I reviewed your account and it looks like you have have upgraded from a CS4 volume license for Design Premium to a retail upgrade of Design Premium 5.5.
    I also show that you made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium but the second purchase was canceled.  Please make sure you are utilizing the serial number which ends in 7886.
    If you are using the correct serial number then it is likely the installer will not recognize your volume license CS4 serial number as being valid for an upgrade.  If you can contact our support team then you can be walked through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.  You may want to try installing a web browser you have not previously utilized.  It is likely a toolbar or some other software application is affecting your ability to access chat support successfully.

    I could not update Photoshop CC from Creative Cloud desktop or online. I need Raw 8.3 to be compatible with Lightroom.  It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at Adobe for help.  Found their chat link once after much searching, someone finally answered then told me they were closing for the day and to call back the next day.  Could never find the chat link again.  Tried uninstalling PhotoshopCC because I saw that somewhere in the forum but still cannot download Photoshop CC.  Got error code U43M1U49 and said to retry or contact customer support.  Yeah right!  Totally frustrated with Adobe.  Anyone have any suggestions?

    If you're having difficulties getting updates for your tools using the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then you can try downloading them without it by using the direct links for the CC updates on Windows or on Mac OS, for all CC apps.

    That page didn't & has not worked. I have gone through & deleted all the search engines except Bing, probably 15-20 times. When I restart FF Google Custom Search is back in the list & is displayed in the seach box, even though Bing is listed first or the only one in the management section & supposed to be the default.
    On the Coupon Activator, that is what I thought also, but it is not listed on the Add/Remove program. I have even done a search on my drive for that filename, but it can't be found.
    Any other ideas for both problems???

    I have communicate with lasinah_vzw and jonathan_vzw on the forum and by direct message.  I have send documentation of my bills and terminated my account.  I now see an older charge that was credited to my account reapplied.  There has been no response to all the direct messages or forum comments I have tried to post.
    I have not received a reply from you regarding the charge of $93.57 in my account.  I had a credit balance of $11.92 on my Nov. 16th bill after crediting my account for a 2-day reconnection at the end of my account suspension.  I was unable to contact anyone to re-suspend or end my account.  In January I finally got through to Sharon who terminated my account and credited my account for my December and January charges upto termination.  Now I see a charge from prior to my November 16th bill that has been re-added to my account.  In addition I am getting a notice that my bill is being sent to a collection agency.
    If I send all my documentation to you to adjust my bill, get no reply or acknowledgement of receipt or a response as to it's status why is this bill going to a collection agency?
    Why has Verizon turned into a bully?
    If I do not receive a reply to my earlier attempts to correct my billing I intend to submit all my documentation to the Better Business Bureau.

    You are not alone....Promises by Verizon Customer Service don't mean anything anymore.
    I successfully suspended a "JetPack Device" WITHOUT BILLING...even got a message on the web site saying I was successful.
    Supervisor said "I will suspend without billing during dispute" THEN I WAS BILLED anyway.
    This resulted in re-connection fees.
    Again, Supervisor said "I will waive Re-Connection fees"....BILLED AGAIN resulting in more fees.
    Executive Offices say the supervisors have the training and authority to make decisions..so what happened??
    Executive offices also refuse to honor what you are told on the phone.
    I am still trying to find an answer to a simple question.
    If The VZW web Site allows me to suspend a device and actually pop up a message that I "successfully suspended it WITHOUT billing" How can they refuse to honor it?
    OH, It's in the FAQ's and your original contract...So, why does the web site allow it to be accomplished?
