How do I get a large mp4 file off of my phone?

1--Its too big to upload to GDrive (presumably because it can't create a swap file)
2--I can no longer mount the phone as a USB Mass storage device in order to just drag it off to my desktop (thanks to one of Verizon's later Android updates).
3--Verizon Cloud just doesn't recognize me no matter what I do (it gives me a "HTTP result=401, Status code=0, Authorization code=10001" error)
So, this is a Fail all around. Meanwhile, I have a crippled phone. Half the services don't have enough memory to run and basically all it can do is calls. Its no longer a 'smart' phone.
What can I do at this point? I wish I could just telnet my way in, copy the file, and reset the phone. But that's not an option either.

Try one of the wifi explorer program like Wireless File Explorer - Android Apps on Google Play or WiFi File Explorer - Android Apps on Google Play
You run it while connected to a wifi network and browse to the address specified on the screen with a web browser and you can download the file that way.

It sounds like you did not "Transfer purchases" when you synced your iPhone. And as such, it's highly unlikely they were ever on your computer.
The iPhone is not a storage device. It is intended that all purchases be transfered to your computer for backup on a regular basis. Then as an added measure, create a backup of your iTunes library to an external drive, CD/DVD's, or flash drives in the event something happens to your computer.
It is ultimately up to the user to ensure that their media and files are backed up.

The only thing I did was I went to the Apple.com , logged in and changed my primary e-mail since I will be losing the old email soon ( I have a different job). I said update info and verified the email was correct. I just went to settings on icloud and logged out and tried to log in and now it won't take anything. Thanks. I have been using the built-in battery monitor as well as the application manager. It helps seeing the processes that are chewing away at your phone's RAM and battery, but at this point, it's not even helpful anymore.
I don't think 'Samsung.Settings' is something I can disable on my phone and that is what's hogging up 80% of my phone's resources. (Fresh boot and all)
What really irks me is that I've never signed up to be a BETA tester for Samsung which is basically what we all are doing... Factory reset, remove all apps, add each app back individually, find what app(s) are causing the problems, etc.
No - this should have been vetted out long before they decided to push out an OS update that has no backward motion of loading the previous OS...

How Can I Stitch Together Two Large mp4 Files?

I have two very large mp4 files (close to 1 GB each) and I need to join them together into one mp4 file. Is there a free program that will allow me to do that? I tried using iMovie but there wasn't enough room on my hard drive to create an iMovie project for it.

MPEG Streamclip in batch mode will allow you to do this for free. Just make sure they are named in order , e.g. A.avi, b.avi - drag to the batch list and select join files. You will have to reencode them to something like H264 to do this. Which is probably a good idea anyway vs. whatever mystery AVI codec is in use.
If they play in QT and you already have QT Pro, just open both, set the pointer on A to the end of the clip. Then for B select all (CMD+A), copy (CMD+C), then click on the player for A and do paste (CMD+V). "Save as" (new filename) will make a new MOV file without reencoding them.
The SimplemovieX author is supposed to say more than he is the author but that he gets compensation for his recommendations. Since he expects you to buy his software. Don't bother.

Watch out with Excel. As you use the High Speed Recorder to create the
original file you will most probably create quite large files quite
fast. Translating that into an ASCII spreadsheet would work fine in
LabVIEW but Excel has a limitation that it can't open spreadsheet files
above a certain number of rows. I do believe this is around 64k rows but
it does a little vary depending on the number of columns you have.

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you have two separate iTunes Libraries but would like to add the music from one to the other to have one consolidated library.
If you know where the files are for each library, I recommend opening one iTunes Library in iTunes and importing the files from the other library using the following steps:
Open iTunes
From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:
MacAdd to Library
Windows
Add File to Library
Add Folder to Library
Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add

Next, you can search for duplicates:
Choose View > Show Duplicate Items to show duplicate items (matches are based on the song name and artist). If you have multiple versions of the same song (for example, live and studio versions, or versions from different albums) you can hold the Alt or Option key (for Mac OS X) or the Shift key (for Windows) and choose View > Show Exact Duplicate Items. This will show only duplicate songs having the same name, artist, and album.

How do I get an embedded quicktime file to appear "activated" w/playback & volume upon opening PDF?

I am new to adobe acrobat, and I'm using version 8. I am trying to insert quicktime videos in a PDF File. I have figured out how to insert the video files and embed them in the PDF.
However, when I save the PDF, close it, and then re-open the it, the quicktime file does not appear. If I don't use a poster image, then it is just blank where the file is, but the file is there, and when I click on the empty space where I know that it has been embedded a dialog box opens about playing it just this once, or making it a trusted file, etc. Then it plays, and the volume and playblack controls, along with the background, are visible. (it is actually just an audio track in a quicktime file, so nothing is playing but the audio, and the background is solid black. I have set it up so that it stays there once activated.
What I want is for the volume and playblack controls and the black background to appear as soon as you open the PDF file, without having to click in the blank area where the file has been inserted. This is going to be part of a portfolio that I am submitting for a school program, so I need the person that is opening it to be able to clearly see where the file is, and see the playblack and volume controls so that he can playback the file.
So how do i get the embedded quicktime file to automatically show up in "activated" mode, with the playback and volume controls visible and ready to be used?

If the video is only linked it would reduce the file size of the pdf and it would make it accessible for people opening on a device (like iPad) which does not allow flash which must be installed with Acrobat to view embedded media.
But I would recommend to send the people only a link to the PDF. I hate it, when my iPhone filled with useless stuff, if I would like to see it I could donwload, but as attachment make my space overfilled.

Your 11MB file is well within the file-size limits for ExportPDF, but depending on the number of pages, complexity of the file (and yours doesn't sound complex), and your connection speed, it is possible that the service is simply timing out before it can finish processing. These steps can help:
If the file already contains editable text (that is, it isn't a scanned document), try disabling OCR as outlined in this this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser.
Let's start there. If you still can't export the file to Word, let me know and we'll take it from there.
