There is no telephone support for the iTunes Store to the best of my knowledge. Use the email contact links you can find on the Contact Us page (link is in the lower right of every page).

    I may have fixed the issue myself after a couple of hours. Thank you for your help and responses. I can't believe these companies make it so difficult to contact them for assistance to use their sites. That's why I rarely use them anymore. I've had so many issues with all 3 of those companies that I should just give them all up for good...it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE....I'm frustrated that everyone wants you to listen to their longwinded voice messages and then go to their website.....Not everyone has access to your website dopes...You're supposed to make clearing up issues as easy as possible for your customers to keep them happy - this one is not happy at all. Thanks again for your answers guys. They weren't the answers I wanted, but figured you had the right information....unfortunately, it's the world we live in now.

    I have been trying for over 3 hours to talk to a LIVE person and the "few" times they have asked on all their stupid options if I wanted to speak with a customer service rep to dial "0", I have then been cut off.  What do you have to do with this company to speak with someone?  I have tried every phone number I could find and hit every option they offer.  PLEASE HELP!

    I definitely understand your frustration and apologize you are having difficulty getting a hold of a live Customer Service representative. I am here to help with any concerns you have. Please, if you still need to speak with a live representative feel free to send us a private message with your name and mobile number so we can contact you. Also, please provide the best time to reach you.
    To answer your original question, in the future if you wanted to speak with Customer Service over the phone you can call 800-922-0204 or dial *611 send from your cell phone. You can follow the prompts so you are routed to the appreciate department or you can just hit "0" until you are directed to a representative.

    Both of AOL toolbar and google toolbars have stopped working. The AOL toolbar disappeared. Why can't you talk to a real person? What's the telephone # for Firefox?

    Sorry, Mozilla doesn't offer telephone support for Firefox. It's this forum or IRC, ''when it is open and staffed''.
    Google stopped updating their Google Toolbar for Firefox - it's dead. Yahoo hasn't come up with an update for Firefox 6, AFAIK. Check with Yahoo support for details.

    You music is not in your iCloud account, it is in iTunes in the Cloud. Whether you use iCloud personally or not, it will not have an effect on the iTunes in the Cloud functionality. If you are using iTunes, then all of your purchases through iTunes will use iTunes in the Cloud as a backup for your purchases.

    Unlike iPhoto, Photoshop is only an editor. It does not store or organize images. In iPhoto preferences, you can choose Photoshop as an editor. You will then get a choice when you double click on an iPhoto thumbnail to use iPhoto or Photoshop to make edits. But Photoshop does not have a library to store images like iPhoto.
    You may want to use Adobe Bridge or Lightroom to help name and organize your pictures. You can Export your iPhoto Library to a folder and manage the exported images there.
    Personally, I hate the arcane manner iPhoto stores and organizes images. I use it only for photos from my iPhone.

    I previously posted this question under a really bad title and got no answers, so here's a quick summary with a more relevant title:
    Due to some mistakes I made, I lost most of my music library from my computer (& iTunes), but I still have all the songs on my iPod (which I backed up). The problem is that if I try to sync it with iTunes, iTunes simply tries to ERASE any songs on my iPod that aren't already in iTunes. Even if I set the synchronization to manual, which would stop the erasing, I still don't know how to get the songs back onto my computer. (They are stored in an unusuable form on the iPod.)
    Below is the original post with more details. This can't be such an unusual situation - there must be a way to recover songs on your iPod back to your computer...
    Note to Apple: I'd love to buy a lot more from the Apple store but I can't use iTunes at all until I resolve this.
    I had to get a new computer. (I'm using a PC but I love Macs.) The new computer is running XP Pro and I have a 4th generation iPod (click wheel).
    Initially I copied the iPod music directory from the old computer to the new one and launched iTunes. It worked - but 60% of my library was missing, including all but 2 of my purchased songs!
    Luckily I still have my entire library on my iPod. So I backed up my iPod, then uninstalled iTunes and deleted the iTunes directory from my PC. Then I reinstalled iTunes. Guess what? Somehow it still remembered the previous library (with 60% missing!) And when it saw my iPod attached, it deleted all the songs to match!
    Lucky I made that backup - I copied it back to my iPod and things seem fine. But how do I get the songs from my iPod back into iTunes? Especially the ones I purchased from the Apple store. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
    Tap App Store.
    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
    Tap Updates.
    Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
    Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
    Tap the download icon.
    The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen.

    If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
    If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
    And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store
