How do I get a membership to Creative Cloud after my free trial?

I just finished my free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud. I was using Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop and more. Now, when I try to join, it asks me for my serial number. I don't have a serial number, so it asks me for my registration, which doesn't seem to exist. I have been running through all of the Adobe pages trying to find a way to simply get a years subscription to Creative Cloud, but I can't find a way.

    I think Adobe pulled the Creative Connect Desktop app until the new CC release next month. I just built a new PC and noticed it wasn't available in the app manager any more. On my other machines it isn't working anyway. In another post Adobe devs said they new it was down because thay were working out some server issues. It looks like they couldn't resolve them.
    I bought into the CC right from the beginning since I never buy my software outright but rather use a credit card. I thought that getting the whole master suite for $30 a month interest free was a great deal. Having all the software has been great, but it was over a year before we even saw a desktop syncing folder and noe it seens as though we are going to have server problems every time they upgrade the cloud leaving us to have to use the cluncky web interface during these sync blackouts.
    I can tell you Adobe better get it together cause ther starting to p*ss off a lot of loyal customers. It feels like were dealing with a cellphone company who only gives deals to the new customers and once you've signed the contract your screwed.

    When you purchase the software, then you will receive a serial number.

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    You can try this :
    Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
    location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
    After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
    PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
    As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

    Moreover I quoute Preran: The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously you could activate only on two instances of the same OS. That restriction has been removed. Also, if you log into a third computer on which you have installed CC, you are automatically logged out of one of the previous computers where you have logged in. (Re: With Flash CC can I install it on both my PC and Mac?)

    My membership for Creative Cloud has expired and I want to uninstall Photoshop CC 2014 from my system.
    The ONLY Adobe application listed under 'Program and Features' (Windows 8.1) is the Adobe Creative Cloud, however when I uninstall that all the Adobe Photoshop and Bridge system files remain. When double clicking on photoshop.exe (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\photoshop.exe)  I get the Creative Cloud 'Renew your Subscription' screen.  After then rebooting and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop, it shows that Photoshop CC, Photoshop CC (2014), and Bridge CC are installed and are all 'up to date'
    I have searched everywhere on my system for photoshop uninstall files without success.
    Please advise how to delete/uninstall all applications installed by Adobe Creative Cloud when the applications are not listed in the Control Panel 'Programs and Features'

    Thank you for the link. I don't want to sound rude, but I said the programs installed by Creative Cloud Desktop are NOT listed in Windows Control Panel's  'Programs and Features'. The link provided is useless.
    The only Adobe software listed under 'Program and Features' ('Add or Remove Programs' for Windows XP users) is the Creative Cloud Desktop program itself and when uninstalling that, it does NOT uninstall Photoshop CC (2014) or Adobe Bridge CC. When selecting uninstall for Creative Cloud, no Change options are provided to remove Photoshop CC. Uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop leaves all Photoshop and Bridge system files intact.
    Again, I want to uninstall Photoshop CC that was installed by Creative Cloud Desktop and is NOT listed under Program and Features.

    After realizing that, I attempted to start a free trial of photoshop to work on a project. My Adobe account states that i'm on a trial, but my (Mac) dashboard CC app won't allow me to start the program. I have reinstalled both Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC but still get this message.

    On October 27th 2014, you have purchased two CC (one complete &one photography) under the same Adobe ID. That is the reason you are being asked for a code because under one Adobe ID only one CC can be activated(twice).

    You can also check if the host file has Adobe entry or not as if Adobe entries are there then also CC can ask for serial number. You can check the host by the followinh method.
    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
    Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
    In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
    I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
       Windows:
       In windows 7 navigate to following location:
         /windows/system32/drivers/etc
       1. look out for "Hosts" file
       2. Open it with notepad
       3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
       4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
      Mac:
       1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
       2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
       3. Remove the entries and save the file
       4.  try again launching any product from CC
