How do I get a PDF to attach to an email without expanding?

When I attach a PDF to an email on my Mac, it expands within the body of the email while I want to attach the PDF as a file. How do I fix?

Again, you have no control over that.
But, whether they see them in the body of the email or not, as long as you attach them to the email, they will also get it as an attachent at their end.
Personally, I think a better way to send the PDF via email would be to Zip it (or compress it with whatever you have on a Mac) first. It won't show up in the preview and it lessons the odds of it being corrupted by your email encoding.

Using your example and not modifying it, I get the e-mail form filled out correctly and the pdf attached, however, I'm not prompted to sign it.

You can not do that using Adobe Acrobat 9. Adobe never made a create PDF add-on for Firefox for use with Adobe Acrobat 9. They created a Firefox add-on for use with Acrobat X, but currently that one does not work with Firefox 4 though Adobe are working on an update.

Based on your post it sounds like you would like to sync your iBooks content with your computer. I have located an article that may help you in this situation. While you can sync this data with your computer you can also use the sharing button to send PDFs using various sources:

InDesign cc couldn't open the script, I get an error message that it is not a supported file type. I tried this first before using the "place multipage pdf" in my InDesign document. The script which comes with InDesign cc works, but places the pages outside of the document. That's what I'm trying to figure out how to do. I had no trouble doing this in PageMaker 15 years ago. I don't know why it doesn't work on my computer??

If you're on Windows, you can try using the PDF Desktop printer to "print" your document to PDF format. Here are the instructions for installing and setting up the PDF Desktop printer: Install and configure Adobe CreatePDF Desktop Printer.
