How do i get a photoshop elements serail key to work on my new computer

I´ve just installed a new computer, downloaded Photoshop elements 7 (PE7) which I had on the old computer. I have the serial key. I uninstalled PE7 on the old one, but the key won´t work on the new one. What shall I do?

You are allowed two installations without deactivating. Have you deactivated the old one?
Are you trying to install a Windows version on a Mac (or vice versa)?
Where did you get the installation file?

The guy at att told me that icloud would sync everything i had in my notes, calendar, and text messages to my new phone, but it only synced some of my notes, none of my messages, or calendar info.

Your music will only be where you put it. It will not magically appear on a new computer.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you cannot do this, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an iphone: Without syncing - File>Transfer Purchases
You can also redownload itunes purchases from icloud in some countires:

If you ever registered pse 4 with adobe, then there's a good chance you can find the serial number if you remember the adobe i.d (email and/or password) you registered it under.
Just look under My Adobe>Products and Sevices after you sign in from adobe's main page (not the forums)

For Elements you can simply install the application and then set up the Elements Editor for external editing in the LR Library prefs. I’m assuming you won’t be using Oranizer as well as LR. That can lead to confusion and broken links unless you are very disciplined.
If you do intend to use Organizer the method is backup and restore, starting with an Organizer backup on the old PC.

Ok so I downloaded it but when I try to open it says that it can't open because microsoft windows is not supported by OS. Obviously it downloaded the windows version and not the mac right? When I go into my adobe account it doesn't give me any option to download a different version. This is what shows up:

I just got a new computer today, so this morning I made sure to put everything that has to do with itunes on my flash drive so I could transfer my library onto the new computer. I have tried following many steps on how to move a library from an old computer to a new one, but so far I have only recovered purchased songs. I have plugged in my flash drive into the new PC and I can see the itunes library file, but when I click it, nothing happens. I hhave installed itunes on the new PC and like I said only some of my songs are in it. When I plug my ipod nano into my new PC, I get a message asking if i want to scan and fix my ipod. I have hit "continue scanning", but if I do hit scan and fix, will that erase all the songs on my ipod? I really can't have that happen, so I'm trying to be very cautious on what I do. Also, I have my ipod plugged in and in itunes I hit the arrow next to my ipod and it shows the drop down menu including my music. All of the songs that are in my old library and currently on my ipod are there, but they're all grayed out. I've tried copying the music folder to my ipod and it says I don't have enough space, but like I said, I am not going to erase all of the songs on my ipod. If someone could please help me out I'd really appreciate it! By the way I have Windows 7.

Quick answer if you use iTunes default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.

Keep in mind that the recovered photos will not be in their full resolution, but instead will be the scaled down versions that were optimized in size and resolution to fit your iPod's smaller LCD screen.
