How do I get a pre-process XSLT in a structured app to run?

I think this is a very basic question, but I'm stuck. I have a structured application that is supposed to use a XSLT to preprocess its files. I've added a XMLApplication/XSLTPreferences/PreProcessing/Stylesheet; I've tried it both manually and with the designer. Now I try to open a XML file in a book and it doesn't seem to use the stylesheet at all. It does ask me for the application type, I select it, then it simply opens the file as it was without applying the XSLT.
Could somebody please explain to me how this is supposed to work?
Background: I have a structured app set up by someone else that has the right structure already and they've already put it into a book. I want to write a XSLT to get the same file but with preprocessing instructions for conditional tags, but cannot get it to run. I'm good at XSLT, but my FrameMaker level is a novice.

This should work, because according to your description, it seems that you are doing everything correctly. So, let me ask the obvious questions, without intending to insult you:
- Are you absolutely sure the path in structapps is correct? Did you try both an absolute path and a relative path?
- Are you sure that you are adding the setting into the correct structapps file? Newer versions of FM maintain two copies... one in the FM installation area and one in the Users/AppData area. Upon startup, FM "merges" settings from the two. If there is an application in both with the same name, I think the one in the Users area takes precedence and the other definition is simply discarded.
- Are you sure the XSLT works? That is, you have run it on one of your source files manually?
I know that this works because I use the feature regularly, as do many others. There must be something simple going wrong here.

Please help. My ipod classic could not be recognised by itunes when I connect my ipod to PC. Previously it has been recognised before I updated. This was a while ago now and so I removed all apple files and re installed the latest itunes but am having the same problem.
When I download itunes, it says that Ipod Service failed to start. I checked the services under task manager and when I try to start it, it says access denied. How to I get access and for the ipod service to start and run?Some anti-virus programs (e.g., McAfee) have this rule that can be invoked under the "maximum protection" settings: PREVENT PROGRAMS REGISTERING AS A SERVICE. If that rule is set to BLOCK, then any attempt to install or upgrade iTunes will fail with an "iPod service failed to start" message.
If you are getting this problem with iTunes, check to see if your anti-virus has this setting and unset it, at least for as long as the iTunes install requires. Exactly how to find the rule and turn it on and off will vary, depending upon your anti-malware software. However, if your anti-virus or anti-malware software produces a log of its activities, examining the log may help you find the problem.
For example, here's the log entry for McAfee:
9/23/2009 3:18:45 PM Blocked by Access Protection rule NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe \REGISTRY\MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\iPod Service Common Maximum Protection:Prevent programs registering as a service Action blocked : Create
Note that the log says "Common Maximum Protection: Prevent programs registering as a service". The "Common Maximum Protection" is the location of the rule, "Prevent programs registering as a service" is the rule. I used that information to track down the location in the McAfee VirusScan Console where I could turn the rule off.
After I made the change, iTunes installed without complaint. -

Sorry, but what do you mean by "shop up"? If you mean that you are attempting to set wallpaper on the home screens, confirm that you really do have a 3rd-generation iPod touch. Many people are under the mistaken impression that their iPod is 3rd-generation when it really is a 2nd-generation unit which will not support home-screen wallpaper.
To confirm your model, look at the back of the iPod. In the text below the engraving, look for the model number. iPod touch (2nd generation) is model A1288, and iPod touch (3rd generation) is model A1318.

If the app is G-Toolkit and you have a Gmail app on your iPhone, delete the Gmail app. Apparently the G-Tool kit is tied to a Gmail app. From searching the web my impression is that G-Toolkit is not spyware and is from a legitimate company that produces app for several platforms.

I have 3750s running IOS 12.2(40)SE as a L3 switch using EIGRP. I have two vlans with IP addresses assigned and everything is working great, except I notice that most of the traffic is processor switched. In the 3750 how do you get traffic to not be process switched?

When I receive an original meeting request from a LotusNotes user, I can select the .ics attachment and it gives me an option to "add to calendar" which will place it on my calendar. However, when I receive a rescheduled meeting notification, I get an email with the .ics attachment but it does nothing when I try to select it from the email. There is no "add to calendar" or anything. How can I get the reschedule information to make the appropriate changes in my iPad/iCloud calendar?
I have tried from my iPad email and from my online iCloud interface and neither seems to work.iBooks only syncs purchased books. Others must be synced in iTunes.
