How do I get a receipt for iTunes purchases?
How do I get a receipt for iTunes purchases. I know I used to get them for purchasing apps, but I can't figure out how to get email notification of my iTunes purchases.
Receipts should be automatically mailed to you. There's nothing you need to do (or can do) other than confirm that your current email address is correct in your iTunes Store account and make sure no anti-spam filter is blocking emails from Apple. It sometimes can take a couple of days for a receipt to be sent.
You can always look up purchases by logging into your iTunes Store account and going to the Purchase History.
EDIT: Is there any way to speed up how quickly I getthr receipt though?

Did you make the purchase? They should have sent you an email when you purchased it to confirm the transaction or something. That should include some sort of receipt.
It is for personal use because not only businesses use it, individuals use it too for independent YouTube channels, etc. -

A receipt is usually sent direct to the principal e-Mail address for the account within a day or two. On the bottom is a link to report any problems. You can also look through purchases history to view past purchases.

Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan. Look at downgrade options. There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends. -
