So I just bought the 10MB storage on my ipod, and realised that it doesnt increase the storage on my ipod, so i still have no room for music etc.
How can I fix this, or how can I get a refund and get rid of that 10MB that I dont need cus I dont know how to use iCloud.

If you are speaking of an iTunes purchase, you will need to contact iTunes Customer Service and explain the situation. Their written policy is kinda cold, in that they say they don't issue refunds for erroneous purchases, but I have found them to be a bit more understanding and helpful than that.
Start by calling Apple at 1-800-275-2273 (if in the US) and ask to be connected to iTunes Customer Service.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:

You can turn off iTunes Match by pulling down the Store menu and selecting "turn off itunes match." You'll need to contact iTunes Store support for a refund.

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

Thank you King Penguin- issue resolved ...BUT......the only way "one is able to cancel after the auto renewal kicks in, is to contact Apple in the support page you mentioned, then request for a" call" , and then and a live apple agent physcially removes it for you on the spot"
was lenghty....but got done.
apple needs to address this issue so the customers are able to resolve it online.
