If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ?     I am a relatively new Apple user and I purchased an iCloud account in November and then another one in December, thinking that I needed an account for each of my devices (3).  When I found out this was the case I tried to reply to the email confirmation address for a refund and it came back as undeliverable. Tried to contact support but in order to talk to anybody I had to pay 20 dollars!! Why is it so hard to buy into it but oh so hard to get a refund?

    IMO opendns is either doing this on purpose (unlikely) or they're under some sort of attack/being used to attack the specific torrent sites although I'm open to other explanations. I believe using the automatic setting for DNS is using my own ISP's DNS servers (which again, work fine... but still...)
    I'd rather not use Google's public DNS servers as Google is to commercial these days and I think there's potential privacy issues.

    You can try asking iTunes Customer Support for a refund, but there is no guarantee they will honor the request.

    I was able to get a refund processed for storage I accidentally purchased by calling the above number ^^.
    It did take me three calls because the system is fully automated and it was difficult speaking an answer to any of the automated questions that would actually get me to a live person - the first time I was automatically hung up on for not replying; the second time I couldn't get past the automated system.  The third time I was finally transferred to a live person; and after being transferred to a second live person it took about 20 minutes to get the refund processed.  I'm hoping it goes through and will be watching my credit card statement closely for the next week.  Apple will call me back a week from today to ensure the refund was processed.

    You posted in the Mac computer OS X Tiger 10.4 forum. You don't provide enough info. Was this an iPad app, iPhone app, an iPod app purchased from the iTunes store? Or an app purchased from another source?
    The remedy - don't give your kids the password and answer to security questions.
