How do i get a refund for my eharmony purchased through the app store

I thought I was selecting a trial period for eHarmony but I accidentally selected a year subscription which I don't want!!! how do I get my purchase refunded?

Purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If you haven't already done so then you should stop it from auto-renewing : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

  • How can I get a refund for an application purchased at the App Store?

I purchased an application (Quicken 2015) at the App Store, but it doesn't do what I need.  The vendor (Intuit) says it has a 60 day guarantee, but I need to go back to the vendor (the App Store in this case) to get a refund.  But I can't find any way to do that.

Go to the Mac App Store main page, choose Support under Quick Links, and contact Apple.

  • How can I download the latest Microsoft Office for my Macbook Air through the App Store?

How can I download the latest Microsoft Office for my Macbook Air through the App Store?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Microsoft Office is not available in the App Store. Instead, you can purchase it in the Microsoft site > http://www.microsoft.com/mac
Note that there are other apps that do the same, like Apple iWork (available in the Mac App Store) or LibreOffice, open-source and free. I recommend you to give LibreOffice a try.
If you are interested in Office for Windows, you can find it in the Microsoft Store or at shops

  • How can I install Mountain Lion in a VMware fusion, if it came with my macbook pro, and not purchased through the app store?

I have Mountain Lion on my Macbook Pro with Retina but I want to install Mountain Lion in a VM for application testing. I try to install it from the recovery partition but it states that when I put in my apple ID, it states that it was not purchased through the App Store. My OS came with my Macbook. Is there anything that I can do to get it to install in a VM?
    Thanks

Not really. The license that comes with pre-installed OS is only for that Mac.

Sorry, but according to Apple iTunes Store: All Sales Are Final
So I need to go back into app store and cluck buy on all the ones I had purchased before
For the other apps, if you are a resident of the U.S. and have iTunes 10.3 or higher installed, you can re download your apps without being rebilled.

  • How do I get a refund for my online purchase?

I bought a Mac Mini on the weekend and purchased Photoshop Elements 12 from the App Store as it was the only option.  While looking for help, I found that in your website you have version 13 out.  if I try to upgrade it costs 79 USD, so could you please let me know how can I get a credit for version 12, so I can buy 13?
    Thanks,
    JCM

You would need to contact the app store for a refund. There is usually a “report a problem” link on the original purchase receipt.
If they don’t have v13 available, tell them you would like to swap for the latest version directly from Adobe.

  • HT1689 How do I get a refund for an accidently purchased album?

How do I receive a refund on an accidently purchased album bought through Itunes?

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

  • HT4009 How do I get a refund for a recently purchased app that does not meet expectation?

I purchased an application this weekend and it doesn't do what I was expecting it to do.  How do I return and be reimbursed for that application?

As RG said, you probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. If, however, features and functions were promised in the app and either are not present or do not work and the developer cannot resolve the issue or you are unable to reach the developer, you can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html
It's possible they'll make an exception for you.
    Good luck.

The bank is giving me credit back for a portion of it, but i need Apple to do the same for the balance of the unauthorized charges. • Is there a way to find a license key or serial number for a game purchased in the app store?

I am trying to find a licensing key or serial number for Psychonauts which I purchased a few weeks ago. I need the key to register it in Steam but can't find it anywhere.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • I upgraded my mac mini to Yosemite, now I lost iphoto, how do I get it back? When I go to the app store, its says its not available in the US

    help

You would need iPhoto 9.6.1.  If you have been using iPhoto and kept up with the updates then it should be in your Purchases in the App store.  If not then it is gone and you will have to use the new Photos app.  If you had an earlier version of iPhoto you can delete that one and when you again download from the App store it will download 9.6.1 (this assumes that it is in your purchases from before).

  • Serial number for Logic Pro purchased in the App Store?

I just digitally downloaded Logic Pro 9 through the App Store, but I can't open it because it requires a serial number on login which wasn't provided. Any ideas? Shouldn't it be associated with my appleid and not need to be registered?

Yes, it is. This happens when you have an old version of Logic Pro 9 somewhere on the hard drive. Delete old versions and re-download from the Mac App Store. That will fix it.
