I was asked by an online technician for a screen shot of a page which was causing me problems. I forget the steps to do this. Can you help me?

Hi Tylerdowner, you solved my problem; thank you very much. As to the nature of the question (i.e. it's not related to Firefox) it just shows how little I know about the computer. I have only had to do this twice and, in my haste, failed to adequately document the procedure. I'll try to do better this time. Thanks again.

I keep receiving badges asking for me to re-enter my mail passwords. I have went in to the mail settings and re-entered the passwords which are verified, but I am still getting badges to re-enter the password.

The solution (for me at least) is to keep trying the same password that I know is correct. For me, the fourth try of typing in the exact same password works in iTunes on my iMac. I have repeated this several times, and each time it works.
I also reset my password, but the same problem occurs in iTunes. I have to type in my password four times in iTunes to get it to work.
iTunes is having issues. I can log in easily on the first attempt every time to post on this message board and I can sign in easily on my iPad 2 to get app updates, but in iTunes on my iMac it takes four attempts and then it works.
Apple needs to release a statement to the public telling people abut this. For Apple to know that this iTunes problem exists and that it is causing literally thousands of people to be stressed out is callous and uncaring.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings

Normally the question mark on the gray screen means it can't find the operating system. Have you tried booting up from the installation DVD? Do that, and when you come to the screen where it wants to begin a system installation you'll notice in the menubar where it say's utilites. Click on that and choose disk utility. from there choose your disk and try to verify and repair the disk. If you can you may want to also try and new install of the system. I don't know how much critical data you have, but reinstalling is an option. did you purcahse you from an Apple store? If you did you may want them to look at it. Hope this helps.

Thanks, this was the clue I needed to figure it out.
From Settings you can pull up Control Center.
In Control Center you can enable "Access from within Apps" (also "Access from Lockscreen")
Now when I'm playing music, I can swipe up from the bottom and a little control center window slides up. Neat - this is new since my old iPod. On this window, the name of the current Bluetooth connection appears. Tap on that, and a list of connected Bluetooth items appears. I just tap on the one I want to connect to and I am now playing through the speakers I want.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

it takes up 1/4 of the screen. This is so stupid. PSE10 had it done right, just a click box and boom all the photos tagged would be there!
This makes NO sense the way it is done now.
How do you turn it off, please . I am ready to send this back to amazon and go back to 10.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Go to Settings>General>Usage, and under iCloud, click on Manage Storage>click on your device, then under Backup Options, turn Photo Library off and then back on. See if that clears it up.
If it does not, reset your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Slide to Unlock screen redisplays, see if the issue is resolved.

The otterbox is one of the culprits. Take the phone out of the case and see if it still happens. If so it is not the case. If the problem goes away, then you may need to make the hole slightly larger. My family has three iPhone 4's in otterboxes and none have this problem. A year ago I bought a couple of albums off iTunes but I was sorely disappointed that I did not have the hard copy and album art in a physical form. That made me resolve to only buy music (or any content) in solid form and from the artist themselves if possible. And this is not to mention the proprietary format of iTunes music which basically makes every purchase a lease and not an ownership. So with that said, it is very annoying that iTunes on start-up asks me to sign in, not once, but TWICE. For such a little thing, you would think it would be infuriating. But alas, I'm very tired of being bullied and that is all it is to me. ITunes is a marketing BULLY. I'll stop now before I start in on all the explicatives I can think of for iTunes Store.

You do own the actual CD, but for the music, all you are purchasing is a license to use it (a lease) in accordance with that license.

Click "More Info", not "o.k.".
Then open the iPhoto Preferences "Accounts" tab and remove the "Mobile Me" account, if it is still there.
Quit iPhoto.
Check, if "Mobile Me" is still enabled in the System Preferences > Mobile Me panel (if you still have this panel). if yes, sign out.
Log off and on again.
Test, if iPhoto still is bugging you to transfer your Mobile Me content. If yes, you need to delete your iPhoto Preferences from your User Library.
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist
And also remove the file
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto/mmsunset.plist
from the Caches in the User Library - this file contain the end date of Mobile me.

There is only one thing that happens -- the Server does not respond.
Your mac concludes that you must have entered the wrong password. That may happen once, but then other issues become more likely, and it keeps asking for a new password.
Sometimes the Server is down for maintenance. Sometimes something is configured wrong. Some services do this on purpose to get you to use WebMail (pick up your Mail with your Browser) so they can show you some ads.
