How do I get a song from another site (MP3rocket) to itunes?

I subscribe to mp3rocket music downloads and can play the songs on my computer but can't get them over to itunes and onto my ipod. The site says they go right to itunes but I don't know how to get them into the library. I am new to all this.

Two solutions: -
Method 1
1) Download the files and take note of their location on your PC.
2) Open iTunes and go to File>Add file to Library
3) Locate your files, select all and click open
4) Drag files from Library to a New Playlist
Method 2
Some sites like allofmp3.com do not seem to permit this way of working and so the simplest solution is to follow step 1 as above and then double click each file to open it in your iTunes library. (This assumes you have iTunes as your default music player - if not, right-click each file and select Open with iTunes)
While it starts to play you can drag the song to a nice new Playlist. This may seem a little laborious but ensures you have everything onboard!
