VAT invoices are not available throught the iTunes app.
A VAT invoice includes the tax code and information that any business needs (in the UK) in order to claim back VAT on purchases and keep their accounts in good order. It is a legal requirement (in the UK) for all companies that charge VAT on sales, to issue reciepts or invoices with a break down of the VAT charges and their VAT number.
For some reason Apple are reluctant to issue VAT invoices. They cannot be optained via itunes or some web page for example.
Recently I managed to obtain VAT invoices by contacting iTunes/Mac App store customer support.
You must provide them with your billing address (same as on your itunes/app store account) and the receipt number of your purchase (found on the receipt they send you after every online purchase).

I just bought an iphone 6 at the store. I got the tax refund form and I am pretty sure that I am eligible to get the tax refund at the airport. I have two orders for which i am taking the invoice printing.
For one order , order type is SERAand for the other SERV.
For SERV order type the field VBDPR-WERKS is getting populated in the print program where as for SERA order type this field is not getting populated.
Can anyone please any reason behind this..Is there any config issue in this..

first if some deletes the condition record for a paricular condtion record,then ask ur users to uopdate the prices by goin to the condition screen.
second create a pricing procedure determination for your billing type in t code ovkk
and in that pricing procedure just maintain the settings as per mentioned by Mr.Lakshmipathy.

I use Skype Manager to manage Skype accounts for employees within my business and purchase Skype credit. How can I get a VAT invoice or report that I can use to claim the VAT I have paid back during my quarterly VAT returns?

It's only when we came to doing our recent VAT return when we noticed the lack of VAT number shown on the invoice for Skype services.
After complaining about not being sent a VAT invoice, we were again provided with a non VAT invoice showing an amount of VAT deducted at 20% indicating this was supplied in the UK.... but no VAT number was shown. After further complaints a very uninformed and incompetent individual in Skype's Customer Services team provided us with a Luxembourg number. However, that is completely useless and may be illegal since Skpye are charging VAT at UK rates on their invoice whilst providing details of the Luxembourg details. This is contrary to HMRC guidance.
If Skype charges UK VAT, then they have a statutory obligation to deliver a VAT invoice to their customer as all VAT-registered businesses have to do. Their proposed solution is completely unacceptable and could be considered as fraud by HMRC.
Skype has clearly not understood or deliberately ignored our request. We require a VALID VAT invoice as required as proof that VAT has been charged by them. All they need to do is print a GB VAT number on a PDF document. What could be simpler than that? Our business, like millions of others, does that every day.
Skype have provided VAT invoices in the past so we fail to see why they can't still do this. Other VAT-registered businesses can do this without any problem. Seems like it's Skype's total lack of disinterest and destain for their customers and a breathtaking level of incompetency by their customer service staff. Like other, words fail us.

I'm from Spain, Europe. I need to be able to declare the purchases my company does on iTunes and the App Store.
In order to be able to do so, I need Apple to include the name of my company and its VAT Number on the billing data Apple has from me. Unfortunately, Apple's billing data form does not offer the possibility to write neither the Company's name nor the VAT number.
From an European fiscal approach, any company that ommits the obligation of delivering invoices with VAT disclosure is actually committing a fiscal fraud.
Shall I put a demand on Apple or shall anyone at Apple explain me why isn't a way to include my VAT number on my Apple Account so that invoices include may company's name and VAT number?

I forgot to follow up with the above. Thank you Hackintosh, your advice worked perfectly: I filled up a request, and Apple support team replied the following day. I received emails with the proper VAT invoices.

hi,
technically i do not think tht can be done. but even from functional part its incorrect in the sense tht the values on which tax is calculated in purchase may be very different from tht in sales. so we may never get the correct picture.

Who do I need to write/call to get a certain OLD invoice file? My data was destroyed in a computer crash and I need to get this file.
I know how to download invoices from Skype Manager myself, but this doesn't work now, because I can only see purchase history of last 2 years in the skype manager. I need to get an invoice from 4. March 2010, but the earliest date I am allowed to see is 10. August 2010 (today is 9. Aug 2012, so I assume they automatically limit history for 2 years).
