How do I get a VAT-specified invoice from Itunes store?

I made a purchase in the app store; a book keeping program. In order to get my tax returns right, I would have to get an invoice with VAT specified, but I just get the ordinary e-mail, and the less-then-helpful tips and directions that does not put me in direct contact with the vendor. any ideas how to get in touch by mail, I do not feel like spending a day chasing the correct department by phone??

Do you know --- the last time I tried to back up my itunes it asked for 106 cd's do you how to direct the backup to the external drive? By the way I found 3 back up cds from 2010 and 1 of the 3 cd's had an error.

If you bought it, it will stay in your Purchased folder in iTunes. If it's a song it won't play as a ringtone (they're different), although you can create a ringtone from it (Google "create ringtone in iTunes").

HT2519, look that up on support.apple.com in the search bar in the top right hand corner, it will teach you how to download past purchases to your iTunes library or whatever means you so chose through the article it should walk you through it. You ARE allowed to download past purchased music, but like someone previously stated, only in the USA.

You can't put music directly onto your iPod from a memory stick. You can, however, get iTunes to recognize the tracks on the stick without having to copy them to the computer. Go to the iTunes Advanced preferences and uncheck the option to "Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library". Then use the Add to Library command or drag the tracks into the iTunes window. iTunes will recognize the track files on the memory stick and allow you to sync them to the iPod. Note that when you remove the memory stick, iTunes will of course then not be able to play nor sync the tracks until you put the stick back in. It may therefore be better to just clear some space on your computer's hard drive.

After a short time, I realised that iTunes is not for me and I delete it....only to find that iPlayer has CONVERTED my stored album/track information (which I own) and does not allow me to convert it back.!!

just bought my wife a macbook and I want to use the iTunes folders that we've got on our Windows boxes. Although I can "Go" to the right share from Finder (smb:<serverAddress>/i$), I cannot see this share if I try to get to it from iTunes. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it.

Thanks for reply. Yes - it unfortunately did do quick "blank" backup before I could stop it.
When I go to Preferences and device - I do not see the older backups? FOr example I can see the following backups - but it does not show to select it:

I can also see other backups on my previuous PC:

I also have a 2 day old backup that I can see at my work PC in a similar way.
