So I need Adobe Bridge for my college course, but unfortunately the app isn't working and is saying to either reinstall the app (which I tried three times to no avail) or find out if it is compatible with Mac OS X. S o I'm wondering if there is a version for it since that's what seems to be the problem with this version.

You just need a powered hub.. if you already use one then fine.
Plug in just about any external hard disk will work fine. Format has to be readable by the TC.. ie fat32.. or much better HFS+.. plug it into a Mac to prepare the drive.
Pick whatever size suits.. nowadays 2TB are most economical.
WD, Seagate have goobled up all the minor players.. so pick one.
Whatever suits your budget and asthetics.
NOTE.. The USB on the TC is fine for printers.. IMHO it is the wrong way to go with USB disks.. use the internal disk of the TC.. USB is less than half the native speed plugged into a Mac.. TC to USB is slow.. far slower than internal drive.. or using external drive as external.

A few years ago I purchased a Canon scanner 8800F with a bundle that included Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0.2. I recently updated to Windows 7 64 bi,t and have had nothing but trouble trying to get it to work. I have tried removing it and reinstalling, but it just does not work as it did in XP..
I would like to purchase a newer version of Photoshop Elements, but I'm not sure which version will work. It does not have to be the latest version.

Any version from 10, 11, 12 or 13 will work on Windows 7. You can download the trial versions from this link and see which one you like most:

When you have decided which one is best for you, you need to go to Amazon website and buy the boxed version and when it arrives, all you need to do is to use the serial number from the box to activate your trial version. There is no need to reinstall anything again.
Amazon may not have version 10 and 11 so please search for the version they have before installing any trial versions.

Adobe installed an update, I believe to my flashplayer and when it was finished, every time I opened my google page(Mozilla) I got a big box that said Adobe installer. There was no way to remove it so I went to add/delete programs and found the installer program and deleted it. Now instead of the Adobe installer box, I get a text box that says that the following path cannot be found. C\Documents+and+Settings\user\Application+Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profil es\3oq0kps1default\extensions\{E2883E8F-472F-4fb0-9522-AC9BF3716A7}\ch rome\content\getPlusPlus_Adobe_reg.exe
This happens every time I open Mozilla. I get rid of the box by either hitting "OK" or the X at the upper right hand corner of the text box. Then the box goes away and Google opens.
I want to get ride of this box. How do I do it.

How do I get my Plantronic Gamecom 780 headphone mic to work on my Mac?

I own one of the older aluminum Mini Macs. Recently I purchased the Gamecom 780 headset and while I enjoy listening to music and can hear my friend just fine, I can get the mic to work. Ive tried it on a PC and it worked just fine, no problems. I did my research before I bought them and they should work just fine on Macs, even there tech support told me that it should work. Basically, when I try to use the mic, a ton of static blasts over whatever Im useing. Sometimes I can hear my voise in the static but its very hard to distiguise. Ive tried it on other computers, so I know its not the headset. Ive tested it in different applications and nothing changes. It has to be somthing with the computer. When I am in system prefferences, the input level is at its highest wether I decrease the input volume or mute the mic. Does anyone have an idea of how I might fix this. Thank you so much. Have a good one and I hope your never plagued with tech problems.
