How do I get a virus off of my Mac?

I watched a movie on a website awhile ago, and I think I may have clicked the wrong download button. After I watched it there were a few pop ups here and there but they were not very big and I didn't really mind but recently when I click out of the popups it takes me to a whole other website which is very annoying. I ran my webroot security program right away but it says that no threats were found, and it keeps saying that no threats were found. I have tried to restart my computer/PRAM and I cleared my history, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how I can get this off of my computer? PLEASE

You have adware, not a virus. You can remove whatever security software you've installed, as it is not adequate protection, and does nothing to defend against adware.

Oh my, that's bad. I've never heard of one of those popups coming back after quitting or force quitting the browser. Try emptying the cache and cookies as well as the history.

I am able to see any photo I took on the iPad using the iPad camera (in iTunes, photo stream, or when I open windows explorer and browse the iPad director), however I cannot see any photos transfered from my camera to the iPad. The camera connection kit must have put my photos in a directory I cannot get to and cannot sync.

It sounds like you have photos in your Photo Stream that you would like to download. The photos are not actually stored on your Apple TV, it sounds like they are being displayed from your Photo Stream. Please read over the attached article for information on your Photo Stream and how to download these photos.

Because your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, you can choose to download all of your My Photo Stream photos automatically.
In iPhoto or Aperture preferences on your Mac, select Photos (or Photo Stream) > My Photo Stream > Automatic Import. All of your photo stream photos will import into your Events, Projects, Photos, Faces, and Places folders in iPhoto or Aperture.
On your PC with My Photo Stream on in the Control Panel, all of your photos will import intoC:\\Users\<user name>\Pictures\iCloud Photos\My Photo Stream

Not possible. Safari won't download and save a Zip file. You either had to use a 3rd party app, or as wjosten suggests, your phone is jailbroken. If the former, you'll need to use that app to find it. If the latter, you'll have to look elsewhere for assistance.

You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual.

1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Try cleaning the lens and see if that will restore functionality to the DVD drive. Use a DVD lens cleaning disk, if you have a can of compressed air, shoot some into the slot or wrap a fine microfiber cloth (eyeglasses cleaning cloth) around a business card and insert it gently inside the slot.
If no success, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar and get a free diagnosis from them.
