Use the controls shown above this table to change:
Stroke type from "Thin" to the solid line shown.
Stroke thickness to 1 pt
Stroke colour to a darker value (This is set to black, the rightmost cell in the top row of the Color Palette available fir this Color Well.)

How to get Adobe PDF to show in Printer dialog

Hi,
I just installed CS2 on my new Dell Inspiron laptop with Windows 7.
I can't get Adobe PDF as an option in the print dialog box. The Acrobat help files have help on how to configure it once it is in there but no guidance on how to get it installed. If I remember correctly it installed as part of Acrobat Professional on my previous Dell Laptop running Windows XP.

Adobe Acrobat 9 is on most of our computers and is connected
to Micrsoft Oulook email because the adobe pdf button is next to the help button in Oulook. For some reason it has disappeared on one of the computers and don't know why and now how do we fix that? Thank you for any help on this.

Could you please check if PDFMaker(s) are supported on the version of Office installed on that m/c? Kindly refer http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/333/333504.html.
If it is a supported version, check if the PDFMaker Add-In is not disabled somehow: Go to HELP > DISABLED ITEMS > Check for the PDFMaker entry, if it is there, enable it > re-launch Outlook.

When I request Adobe Reader on my Android Samsung S5 to print a PDF file, it displays my HP and Canon printers, but not my Brothers wireless printer. How do I get support for my Brothers printer? I can print to this printer from other applications. It is a new printer and even supports NFC.

How can I get my PDFs to show up as anything but the Firefox html icon?

I need the old format where the contents of the first page of the PDF showed up as its icon instead of the Firefox icon. Now they all look alike, which really slows down my work production! I now have to read every title to find the PDF I want! Also, the option of being able to pick a picture from inside the PDF as the cover would be even better! This would expedite work tremendously when retrieving PDFs. Is there an add-on or a program I can download that will give me this option? Either way, please help me clear away the little blue and orange foxes all over my folders which really slow me down, besides defeating the entire purpose by accidentally dumping them into the trash! I really prefer Firefox as a browser and do not want to be forced to make a change in order to remedy the issue. I have downloaded at least 6 PDF add-ons and they all create PDFs in Firefox HTML. I have also made changes in Options-Applications which did not remedy the problem either. Thank you for your help!

I have successfully connected to an Alfresco Enterprise Edition 4.1.0 repository, using the Adobe Drive 4, created a test folder and uploaded a jpeg file containing XMP metadata into it.
When I view the image's metadata (using Adobe Bridge), I observe that only part the standard file properties are displayed.
When I view a local copy of the image using the same, I see all fields of the standard file properties plus available metadata.
My question: what should I do in Adobe Bridge to be able to see all available XMP metadata?

Here's my story that I posted on discussion yesterday, but no one has replied:
I am screaming and pulling my hair out right now! The last six months with Adobe has been a nightmare.
Once again I am completely locked out of Creative Cloud and cannot use the apps even though my automatic monthly deduction for payment was just made a couple of days ago. Creative Cloud continues to reset itself to the trial version which runs out in 30 days and after that I am locked out once again.
Now it looks like it is harder to access support than before. Where are chat and the phone numbers now? This was a nightmare with countless hours spent on chat and the phone over the last six months, and now I don't even know how to access support in order to spend even more time that does not solve the problem. What am I to do?
I cannot use the product I have paid for!

It is showing in downloads that it is there but when I double click on it nothing happens. Nothing at all! You can not do that using Adobe Acrobat 9. Adobe never made a create PDF add-on for Firefox for use with Adobe Acrobat 9. They created a Firefox add-on for use with Acrobat X, but currently that one does not work with Firefox 4 though Adobe are working on an update.
