How do I get Adobe to reset my activations for photoshop elements 13 ?

It seems there is no easy way to reset activations, cannot find an email address.
I have changed my mother board and hard drive, reinstalled photoshop elements 13 only to find it will not activate, any ideas ?

If you set PSE as external editor, be sure you pick the right file, which is not by any means the logical choice. You want this one:
You can also export the photos from iphoto, edit them and save them under new names and reimport the edited photos as new files. This is more trouble, but lets you save as many different versions of your image as you like (iphoto only remembers the last edited version + original).

How do I get Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) support for my new Canon EOS 7D mkii.

I purchased the new Canon EOS 7D mkii in early November. I tried opening the raw files in both the latest Creative Cloud versions of Photoshop and Lightroom. I found that Adobe Camera Raw, both the current versions and ACR 8.7 beta/release candidate, did not support this camera. I know one exists because dpreview reviewed the pre-relase version of this camera in mid-October showing images processed with an unreleased version of ACR?

Canon Eos 7D Mark ii was launched after we released ACR 8.7 RC. So, that’s the reason it is not included in the RC version. However, it is on our radar and hoping to add it in an upcoming update itself.

How do I get a list of current activations for my license?

We have a company license which we use for multiple installs. Over time, we have replaced and/or reimaged PCs and reinstalled and activated the software. We just started getting a warning that license have been exceeded. We were unaware it needed to be deactivated on decommissioned machines. How do we get a list of activated machines and reconcile that with the machines which have had it removed or been reimaged and activated again?

You have to manually keep track or you may contact customer service to check activation count on product.

How do I get a black and white photo in Photoshop Elements 11?

I have a very old version of Photoshop, release 6 I believe. In that release, I am able to use enhance/brightness and contrast, and when I slide the contrast to 100%, I get a pure black and white image of my photo. I Photoshop 11, which I just purchased today, I am unable to get a pure black and white image, only grayscale. I cut pictures out of wood, and it's fundamentally necessary that I can contrast pictures into pure black and white. How do I do that in Photoshop 11? The first screenshot is what I need in Photoshop 11, the second screen shot is the limitation I'm seeing in Photoshop 11. How do I get a black and white photo??

There was a change made a few versions ago where Brightness and Contrast were improved so that they did not clip values so quickly. This was intended to improve how Brightness and Contrast worked for photographs, but it makes it work less well for purposes such as channel manipulations or printmaking.
In Photoshop there is a Legacy check box in Brightness/Contrast to make it work the "old" way when that is desired. It looks like that check box isn't in Photoshop Elements, which is what you're actually using. I'm not sure if there is a way to get the Legacy behavior in Elements, so you'll want to ask over in the Photoshop Elements forum.

How can I get the extra graphics under artwork in Photoshop elements?

I got an old laptop running and have PSE installed. I used to use it a lot for the graphics, backgrounds and frames. A bunch of them have a blue ribbon across the upper right corner and when I try to use them it ask to me to sign it to photoshop.com. I am aware that Photoshop.com has been depreciated. Is there anyway to get access to the extra graphics, frames, backgrounds, etc...?

Adobe Camera Raw 7.2 for Photoshop Elements 10?

I have a new camera (Sony RX100) and it's RAW fies are not supported by Adobe until ACR 7.2. My version of PSE 10 has ACR 6.7.
I spent the morning trying to figure out if I can install ACR 7.2 into PSE10. What should happen is that I click on Help>Updates. It does not work.
Is it unreasonable to expect it to work? Is there any other way to do it?

You can't get it reset; if you could there would be no point in having it. If you have an encrypted backup there are two ways this could have happened:
You checked "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes at some time in the past, either intentionally or by accident
You have a corporate MS Exchange account and your Exchange administrator installed a security profile on your phone that requires the phone'a contents to be encrypted. This, in turn, requires the backup to be encrypted for obvious reasons.

I am required to use what they determine is best, not what I would prefer. They have chosen to use "Sapling," and it uses flash - whether I "get over it" or not. My point is that if Apple wants to market the iPad as a useful tool for students, some capacity to deal with flash online needs to be present, even if flash is crap. As ClayG said, flash is alive and well, and it is a reality students have to deal with - ideal or not.

CutePDFWriter is a third-party application, which Adobe doesn't provide support for. But, I did find the following on their website:
"Requires PS2PDF converter such as Ghostscript (recommended).
You can get the free GPL Ghostscript 8.15."
