How do I get an app developer to acknowledge my complaint ?

I purchased a non consumable subscription for a game called Just Dance(made by ubisoft) that is valid for 30 days. The subscription began on the 8th of March and worked fine for 2 days until the app store outage, since the outage i have been unable to get the Just Dance app to acknowledge i have purchased a subscription ( I tried using the restore in app purchases button but I just get a pop up telling me that there is nothing to restore ). After the app store outage ended services were normal excepting the app i was talking about.I then went to the purchases tab in iTunes an clicked report a problem next to the charge. 3 days ago I explained the issue and I received a confirmation stating that my complaint had been received and that a representative would look over my issue and it also said that I should expect a response within 48 hours. I have received no response on the part of the developer.I have also asked for a refund yesterday and have heard nothing regarding the two emails I have sent. I honestly feel like I am being robbed. Is there anything else I can do resolve the issue ?

Hold the home and power button down until your phone restarts. If that doesn't work, backup and restore using iTunes.

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

See a a version compable with your iPod is available:

App Store: Install the latest compatible version of an app
You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1

If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :

As you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard.

If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

I appreciate your effort and realize I did not provide a lot of background.
My issue began when I unintentionally managed to add an additional .com onto my new apple ID and the system then incorrectly verified this "none existent" address. Following days of effort and emails to Apple support I finally ended up getting set up with my new ID on iTunes.
The next problem was my App store login continued to have the "old" ID grayed into the signin and since I had changed it to a new ID, I could not login at the App Store.
I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a total of 3 Apple reps without a resolution to me problem.
The last Apple rep, Chad wanted to be able to take a screen shot of what I was telling him, which made no sense to me but I was willing to do what ever was required to solve the problem. Unfortunately, Chad hung up or somehow disconnected before I received the email required for allowing a screenshot. After calling back and adding another 5+ minutes invested, I decided to attempt to change back to my old ID.
Once I had changed my ID back to the old one, I could download updates and purchases.
I realize my question was asking a lot but my hope was someone would have some idea as to how to correct the problem Apple Support could not. It seems to me Apple needs to make a correction on their end but it is now into week two of attempting to solve the problem and I am pretty much disenchanted with Apple Support due to the amount of time and effort already invested and lack of progress.

You need to update the iOS, The 1G can only go to 3.1.3 and you get that here. It is a paid update.

You cannot call anyone. You contact them as everyone else does: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual.
