How do I get apps I've already bought on my phone to show on my new iPad?
I just purchased an iPad mini. I restored it from my iPhone, rather than setting it up as a new iPad, thinking that I would then be able to see all my apps, However, none of the apps I have on my iPhone are available on the iPad. I went to the app store, and it seems like I'm going to have to purchase the apps again in order to get them.
If I sync my iPad in iTunes will all my apps show up on my iPad?
My software is iOS 6.0.2.

You should be able to sync with iTunes and transfer your apps to your iPad. Only the ones compatible with the iPad will transfer (iPhone-only apps won't). Be sure you have entered your Apple ID on your iPad in Settings>iTumes and App Stores first.

Does any music show in the Purchased tab on the iTunes store app on your phone ? Music can't be re-downloaded in all countries, and even where it can be it will only appear whilst it remains in the store. Do you have your purchases on your computer and/or on a backup of your puchases so that you can sync them to your phone ?

Hello, thank you for your prompt answer. I did have an idea that Home sharing might be the answer but could not quite figure out how to do it. I have enabled home sharing in my iTunes account, put in username and password, clicked on creat etc. But the homs sharing icon doew not appear in the left side of iTunes. So I got stuck. Any further ideas?

By updating the iOS on the iPOd. The 1G can go as high as 3.1.3. That works with a lot of apps. But some apps require a higher iOS and/or newer iPod.

If they apps were bought on iTunes on your Mac then you can connect the iPad to your Mac, select the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and use the Apps tab on the right-hand side of iTunes to sync them to the iPad - or you can re-download them directly on the iPad via the App Store app.
If you bought the apps in the Mac App Store then you can't sync them to the iPad as Mac apps are not compatible with the iPad -
