    you could reset your ipod???
    or you could plug it in...wait for itunes to come up, click you ripod name in the devices column on the left hand side of the screen and click restore, other than that i have to clue...

    Cache and history and temp only helps to a point at which it should be deleted, removed, reset etc.
    What next, parental control? logging all the web addresses from the router?
    A good browser really ought to purge all its temp - on broadband it doesn't help load pages any faster and may make it worse, and Safari loads everything up in memory causing it to use 2GB of RAM as well.
    Your fiance ought to have their own private user account for mail and whatever else they do and not share the same user account anyway.

    Only if you backed up the phone before that and did not back up after that. App settings and data are part of the backup. But all other data will be set back as well, you can't choose a single app to be restored from the backup.

I could get my files back by adding manually them from my computer to iTunes and then to iPod, but the thing is that I've changed my computer and all the music files in my iPod were from my old computer. I've tried to find a solution on my own, but it has been hopeless so far. Please, any kind of help is appreciated!

    If thay are not in iCloud (icloud.com) then the only way is to restore from backup if they are in a backup.
