Are you signed into itunes with your email address? Purchases that are made through itunes are tied to the email address on your account. If someone else logged in then your purchases wouldn't show.
When you go to the itunes store look at the black/gray bar at the top. On the left is the email address that is signed in. If it's incorrect just click on it and select "Sign Out." When you sign back in all should be well.

Where did they go? How do I get them back?If you are syncing them with iCloud, try going to Settings>iCloud on your phone, turn Contacts off, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, then turn it back on and choose Merge.

I want to recall a text message which pre-dates the text messages existing on my Samsung S5? I presume that all text messages are held by EE for a certain period of time, and I would like to know how to recall a particular one.
Unless under settings you have made sure that they are backed up, then you will not be able to get them back. Have you checked the settings for messages? I know this is possible with the Lumia phones, but no idea with Samsung.

Where are they going and how do I get them back?That's correct. Photostream only stores the most recent 1000 photos for up to 30 days. You are supposed to download a permanent copy to your computer for arhival purposes within that time.

Basically, i need all my old stuff from my iphone 4 with ios5 onto my new iphone 4. The new phone i received only had ios4. I went to get all my contacts and backup from my old phone onto my new phone and it wont let me because my new phone is only ios4 and my backup from my old phone was in ios5. I cant get ios5 on my phone without creating a new backup of my new phone, which has nothing on it. If i restore it as a new phone and backup virtually nothing from my new phone, will that get rid of all my old backup stuff from my old iphone?
Bottom line is you CANNOT restore to a phone from a backup that has a more recent iOS which is what you're trying to do. Just can't be done.

Take it to Apple and pay the Out of Warranty replacement price. In the US that is $149 for the iPhone 4.

Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and highlight the backup you want to delete and click on Delete Backup

I created a playlist with 100 songs. I want those 100 songs played using the shuffle option. This no longer works in iTunes version 11.1.5.5 How can I get an entire playlist to paly one song after another by using the switch option?

Was that iTunes' safe mode as opposed to Windows' safe mode? iTunes safe mode is invoked by holding down CTRL+SHIFT immediately after clicking the icon to launch iTunes and continuing to hold until this message pops up:
Click continue, then close iTunes and reopen. With luck iTunes now opens normally every time.

After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore your iTunes content. No iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Your apps should be in your iTunes library, just sync them back to your phone. If for some reason your apps are not in your library, you can re-download them for free:

You need to use the CHAT link in support to reach Adobe staff. Be sure you know the product name you are trying to cancel, Adobe have lots of products, several converters etc. I think it is ExportPDF you have, most likely.

How do I get iphoto to recognize that a computer really is connected to the internet? I cannot use places to locate my photos, because the software keeps telling me my computer is not connected. I know the computer is connected.
Try this: launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. It the problem persists make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home()/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder.

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
If the new library does'nt have that problem then your original library is damaged. Post back if that's the case and we'll go from there.
