How do I get back on my iPhone 5s?

I reset (by holding down the lock and home buttons) my iPhone 5s today because the screen kept freezing. When it came back on it was the white activation screen and it won't let me use the phone at all until I enter my apple ID and password that I used to activate the phone. I have been using a different iCloud account on the phone for iMessage and everything, but it won't let me use that one to sign in. So next I went online to try and reset the password, but I do not know which email (may not remember the password) I used as my back up. This is where they send the reset link, but I can't get to it. So then I tried the security questions, but when I entered my birthday it said it did not match the records they had. I don't know what to do. PLEASE HELP. I'm getting pretty mad at apple right now.
PS. I tried calling support off my friends phone and it went straight to all of her information and since I can't use my phone I can't call off of it :-)

I notice you are looking for solutions other than restoring, the article does outline how you can use iCloud's Find My iPhone:
If you have Find My iPhone enabled, you can use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.

You will have to restore the phone using iTunes on your computer. All data will be lost.

alrite. I have made my mistake. I should not jail break my iphone. So if I purchase my apps again from itunes is that mean mean my data will be back?

My iphone was stolen. The thief reset the password on my itunes accounnt, then they changed the DOB, the security question and the recovery email. They also spent my itunes credit buying aps. I know this because I still get email notifications of what is being done with the account. How do I get back control of my account?

I don't know if this is a similar problem but I wrote 2 notes yesterday on my iphone. I opened my mail to print them and they appeared as notes but wouldn't load. Then I looked at them on my iphone and I could see the notes but they quickly updated to blank with a time of the last edit the same time I tried opening them on my computer.

First make sure you are searching the name correctly.
If the app is no longer in the App Store it is no longer available for download. This happens when Apple has found the app violates the agreement with the developer or when the developer no longer wants the app listed in the App Store.
If the app is truly no longer in the App Store your only option is to copy it from iTunes on the computer you normall sync with.
