How do i get music from my ipod nano onto my iphone 3g????

    You don't.
You sync music from itunes on your computer to iphone.
Everything that is on your Nano should be in itunes on your computer, as that is where it came from in the first place.
Just sync whatever you like to your iphone.

How do i get internet on my ipod nano???

iPod nano does not have Internet capabilities. Wouldn't do much good on a screen that size anyway.

  • How can i get music from my ipod nano to my iphone 4s?

How can i get music on my ipod nano to my iphone 4s?

iPods (except iPod touch which is really an iPhone minus the phone) only sync with your computer running iTunes.  So it needs to go through the computer.
Since you loaded the iPod from your computer's iTunes library, you can just load the same songs from your iTunes library to the iPad.

  • How do i get pictures in my ipod nano

how do i get pics in my ipod??

Have a look at the tutorial: Transferring Pictures to Your iPod
Once you've had a look at that here's a tip for managing the photos that go on to your iPod. Create a folder on your hard drive called called "iPod Photos" or something similar and drag the photos you want on your iPod to it.. Under the photo preferences for the iPod, point iTunes to "synchronize photos from" and choose to update from your new folder. If you keep a dedicated folder like this, you won't need to edit your normal pictures folder just for the iPod and you can add and remove picture from it whenever you need to.

  • How do I get music on my iPod Nano

I've had an iPod Nano for about a year now and I've been using iTunes for years. I've been happily filling my nano for all that time. Things have now changed. I now have no idea how to fill my Nano with the music I want.
I have about 500GB worth of music on an external hard drive. I have several smart playlists in iTunes and I would like to have music from only one of them. This smart playlist contains about 35 GB of music which is way more than my nano can hold. The Nano has about 16GB worth of space.
Up to now, I've always been able to put music on the nano by opening the "Music" submenu under the iPod icon (the one with the two musical notes next to it). This opened a list of music and at the bottom of the screen there was a button I used to use. Can't remember what it was called.
Now that's gone and, it seems, the only way to get music onto my nano is to use a SYNC function. However, when I try to sync it with the selected playlist, I get a message that says something like "There's way more music in the playlist than can fit on the iPod, would you like iTunes to select some music to put on the iPod for you."
You can either cancel or say yes.
If I cancel, obviously, nothing goes on the ipod.
If I say yes, iTunes selects from the ENTIRE MUSIC LIBRARY. This is not what I want. I want iTunes to select about 16GB worth or music from the playlist and put that on the iPod.
    Can anyone help?

Create a smart playlist and as part of the criteria limit it to 15 GB of music. Now sync only this playlist to the iPod.

  • How do you get my 7th gen iPod Nano to work with Windows 8?

My iPod gives me the "iPod cannot be identified" error message when I plug it into my Windows 8 machine.  I have tried literally all of the troubleshooting steps on the website.  It works on previous versions of Windows.  Anyone else have this problem?  How do you fix it?

Ok, I've downloaded the drivers as suggested.but still not printing as it should.
It's now printing one page as opposed to many, but it still has the jargon on top of the page as depicted in my original post?
From this info you advised, it does suggest, does it not, that the HP Laser Jet 6p is supported.
    Meanwhile, any other advice.

  • I have a 120gb Classic that has no space left on it. i am going to buy a larger gb capacity ipod as soon as i get clearer instruction on how to get the old ipod content to the new ipod. How do you get content from one ipod to the other?

how do you get content from one ipod to the new one? my content is on an external hard drive not on my pc and i have run out of space on my 120gb classic. can you get old ipod content to new? my itunes has only got short cuts, the real content is on an external drive? can this be done?? please help

If the content is on an external drive, but your library knows where to find it, then it should all work. Connect your device, make some selections for what to put on it, and sync. If, on the other hand, your current iPod is the only place holding some of your media then see this user tip: Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

  • I just PAID for Black eyed peas Time of my life and now iTunes says I can't put it on my iPod 5th gen ? What? Why? And how can I get it on my ipod?

I just PAID for Black eyed peas Time of my life and now iTunes says I can't put it on my iPod 5th gen ? What? Why? And how can I get it on my ipod? And if I can't put it on my ipod how do I get my money back? I registered my ipod on iTunes, why was a song I can't put on my ipod even offered to me? What a rip?

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
    - Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
    - Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
    - Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.
To move mdia to the new computer see:
iTunes: How to move your music to a new computer

  • How do i get my music from ipod onto new computer when old computer died

my old computer died unexpectedly and now i have a new one ...how do i get my music from ipod to itunes...i don't want to lose it since i have already paid for it...

1). Connect your iPod to your new computer. If it is set to sync automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod.
2). When your iPod appears in the iTunes source list change the update setting to manual, that will let you continue to use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default: Managing content manually on iPod and iPhone
3). Once you are connected and your iPod is safely in manual mode there are a few things you can do to restore your iTunes from the iPod. iTunes will only let you copy your purchases directly from an iPod to the computer, you'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer
For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads and including iTunes purchases) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. You'll find that they have varying degrees of functionality and some will transfer movies, videos, photos, podcasts and games as well. You can read reviews and comparisons of some of them here:
Wired News - Rescue Your Stranded Tunes
    Comparison of iPod managers
A selection of iPod to iTunes utilities:
TuneJack Windows Only (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
SharePod Windows Only (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
    iPod2PC Windows Only
    iDump Windows Only
    YamiPod Mac and Windows
iPod Music Liberator Mac & Windows
    Floola Mac & Windows
iPodRip Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iPod Music Liberator Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
Music Rescue Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iGadget Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iRepo Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
iPod Access Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
TouchCopy Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)
There's also a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to a Mac or PC. The procedure is a bit involved and won't recover playlists but if you're interested it's available on page 2 at this link: Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide
4). Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync.
5). I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive
